Or it could be that they had already filmed a good chunk of 11 when filming started, but Zero One basically got none of 36 done.

Well from what I heard, 11 was already filmed, just not edited.

I'd like to imagine if it's 35.5 we'd be getting some new content and stuff and it could be that they did end up filming stuff, just not enough for a full "episode" and thus are starting with a 35.5
