I don't see why not. I did that with my Zi-O collection.

Why not though? The Oranamin C commercials usually have the main, secondary and tertiary riders. The Build one had Banjou wearing the Cross Z Charge suit which was the suit he wore most often in-show. The Ex Aid one had Taiga slapping Emu on the ass.

Any other suits I pick up is a bonus for me. Like for my Gaim collection, aside from Hase, I have most of the main Armored Riders aside from the Energy Riders (Duke, Marika, Sigurd).
