I'm still waiting for the subs but Rintarou mentioned before that "a mere homosapien shouldn't be able to wield a Seiken Sword" which means Touma must have something special about him. Daichi, Tassel and White Cloak Man have an unusual interest in him. Desast does as well but he likes to play with all the swordsmen. Maybe Touma's power has something to do with that promise.

honestly if Ghost taught me anything Kento will come back as if everything fine or they'll explain some dumb s--t happened

Ugh, come on. If you're gonna make it a thing, make it a actual thing.

On the whole though? This one actually had some gravitas to the action, purely because it stayed mostly focused to one topic instead of fifteen.

Plus now that we got the majority of the belts/books done, and can get down to brass tacks, maybe it'll keep this pace up.
