Hopefully you don't get screwed over again. I set up a paypal billing agreement w/ HLJ so they just take money as soon as something I preorder comes in stock.

I haven't heard anything from HLJ about Pteraidenoh yet either. I'm giving it 'til the end of the week since they're usually a bit slow to get to me.

Luck seems to be with me this season as I scored a Pteraidenoh from amiami last night with Deboss Zyudenchi! Was looking to see if another item of interest of was up for preorder and there he was on the front page and in stock!

Lucky, Hopefully I ordered it early enough or just got lucky enough to get the Deboss Zyudenchi. If not oh well.

Ah dammit id have loved to get that bonus. Still waiting on my hlj payment request. I could just buy him from cstoys, i'll get stung by customs anyway, but ive got play arts kai agent 47 in my pile of loot at hlj, so may as well ship together.

Got this bad boy yesterday! My first ever Super Sentai merch!

Looking at it with the stickers make me want to paint it. Too bad I'm not gonna buy him because I'm still mad about the elbows.

At least one person has reported a possible issue with Kyoryujin- the back clips over the battery case might be prone to breaking.

This is definitely concerning to me; the Raiden Kyoryujin combo is extremely backheavy and if further combos put more strain on the setup then things might not work very well.

Has anyone noticed any issues??

It's actually not that back heavy. I mentioned this over at TFW too. The yellow tail piece from Gabutyra acts as a tripod for the combo. A lot of the weight is carried by that piece. I think the case of these clips breaking is just a few people being too forceful with their figures.

Well, while I can't comment on the back heaviness, the clip thing is kind of clear. You have to remember these toys are developed for kids, who aren't gonna be all that delicate with them. It would make sense to assume things like tabs and clips will be reinforced or fairly strong, right?

Yeah not having elbow articulation was a dissapointment. The stickers are durable. I mean, they do what they need to do.

I know how the stickers are, I just like paint better. Also I really like the act of painting them.

Rangerboards Kyoryuger toy thread is blowing up with alot of people breaking pegs on kyroyujin when its combined with pteragodon. this is pretty bad QC for BOJ if the pegs cant even take an intended combo without breaking

Its gobusters gorisaki all over again.

Luckily i hate wingpack combos so i'll never try it. Im just hoping the plesoh combo doesnt induce a similar issue since the clips wont be used to support his weight

Yeah I just noticed that my left arm peg is now loose. I'm fairly careful with my toys so it's a bit disappointing to already have an issue 3 months after buying the guy. :( No issues with the back clips...yet. After reading all of the complaints on Rangerboard I've decided to never do the Raiden Kyoryujin combo again. I wasn't a huge fan of it anyway...

I have to agree with Matrixbeast here. The best thing about BoJ toys is their durability and if they can't hold that up then it's a shame.

Hopefully those clips aren't used in the final combination, or if used, are used sparingly.

Anybody here recommend Pteragordon/Pteraidenoh? I think KyoryuGold suddenly shot up my list of favorite Kyoryugers in the last two episodes.

Okay guys. Got my Pteraidenoh in and I've come at this from a few angles so here's my thoughts.

I can see where people are breaking these things but mine has been fine. I've combined and separated it about 15 times now with no stress or breakage. It's a tight fit but as long as you clip all 4 in at the same time you should be fine. For removal, lay Kyoryuzin on his stomach and lift up on the entire Pteraidenoh section. Make sure to unlock all 4 clips at once and you should be fine. Mine's made well enough that applying minimal force will separate it, so it's not too tight.

And again, I have to stress that yes the combo is back heavy. But that weight does NOT droop off the back and cause the breakage. Gabutyra's yellow tail section acts as a tripod that hold the entire backpack up. It carries nearly all the wait for the back. The breakages are occuring because of how tight the clips can be on some of them and the way in which you apply force to separate the parts.

Can't wait for your review of Pteraidenoh, Den-O. Please do address the clip strength of the waist clips for Pteraidenoh if you could, too. Do you know if they are the same types of clips as on Gabutyra?

They aren't quite the same but I also don't see them having the same potential to break that Gabutyra's do.

It's dissappointing that ten years since the fragile Hurricanger clips that this issue is still a problem. It won't stop me from getting the figures of course, I'll just have to be more careful with them.

I heard there was a similar problem in the Go-busters line?

Well 2 clips on my GT-02 broke. Apart from that everything else seems fine.

This. This is is the exact similar problem most people speak of. The peg and clip system that connects the 2 pieces of GT-02 together in foot mode connect in such a way that it's almost impossible not to break them.

I own 2, one with clips broken on each side and one that's perfect. I use the good one for the Li-Oh combination Go-Buster King and the bad I decided to keep so I could make Kero-Oh. After all it helps get my unused Ace and Frog out of the way :lol

That looks a lot like that picture we got awhile ago before Pteraiden-Oh was revealed.

I believe someone else on the board had done the combo before which is where I saw it. I don't remember who it was though.

Does anyone know if the jyuden brave box comes with any special jyudenchi?
And also, will all the jyudenchi be getting gashapon/candy toy releases? All I need is kentrospiker and the one from the gold mobuckle.
