hey guys I was wondering, my birthday is in a couple days and ive almost got my parents to get me a *toy* I use the term loosely since that's all they think my stuff is...

ok heres the question, should I get the Gosei Morpher or SHFiguarts Shinken Red at my local TRU? ive been wanting the morpher for awhile but really would love to say I own a figuart? some advice please?

I own both. I would go with Shinken Red. So much fun with just the stuff in the box. The morpher on the other hand requires further investment in cards. And although I do like it, I wish the sounds were better. A lot of people say they sound generic, and I sort of agree, but it's a neat spin on the ranger keys of Gokaiger and are somewhat easier to obtain.

It's hard to display the morpher and cards. Shinken Red easily looks good even by itself on a desk, shelf, or w/e. The one warning that goes with this. Once you own a figuart, you'll probably fall down the rabbit hole. The Megaforce cards will eventually stop, but figuarts will definitely be around for a WHILE.

Only the MG Figurise TaToBa and SIC TaToBa would be missing :lol

I own neither, but I agree with PkmnMstr. Figuarts are fun to play with, especially with their accessories.

I have a question; I ordered a DX mobirate off eBay. Shows up today and is in the green box with 3 keys and even the DX paint job, BUT it can't do the "2011" code or even "9999". Are there two different DX versions of the mobirate? This one just seems like a better painted legends version.

*EDIT* found my answer! I was not aware there were 2 versions of the legend mobirate :(

Thanks, guys, I've been leaning towards SR more after I watched a couple of reviews, and I know I'll probably end up getting the MMPR Figuarts. I really love green and might get red if they decide to release the rest :lol

Well I turned 17 today and since I had my tonsils out Tuesday, today was the first day I could do anything without my throat killing me :lol
But since I have gotten back into PR and finally gotten into Sentai so my parents were hesitant to get me any "toys", and I was going to get the Shinken Red at my TRU, but I was going to have to wait until next week... So I was looking on HLJ and, found my first SHFiguarts...

I got, thanks to them being on sale, S.H. Figuarts Shinken Red, Super Shinken Red, and Gokai Green :D cant wait, I will have pictures when they arrive.

Aw yeah! Gokai Blue and Gokai Green, with their Darins, arrived from Mandarake today.

Combine that with getting notice of Gokai Yellow shipping today and Gokai Pink shipping last Friday, this is a very good day for this Gokaiger fan.

Seems like everybody is getting one of those lately. Okay, maybe just two people, but it still seems like a lot. I miss mine, but I'm still glad I sold it. I got so many toys for it. :D

I agree, it's a great set, but I'm glad I got rid of it when I did. It let me get several items I really wanted, but didn't exactly have the money for.
