After watching those videos, like everyone else, I'm tempted to get the changer and mech. I'll probably wait to see some reviews before making a decision but I see myself getting them on an impulse even though I'm running out of room. What do I do! haha

ToQoh is growing on me. I just liked him before because it was a group of trains but it looks like a pretty fun figure.

I get the feeling we might see an alternate color special release of ToQoh later down the line. its just a hunch I have. that and I hope someone poses ToQoh with the Thomas the tank engine bootleg mecha.

I think ToQOh would look glorious in a uniform black & gold repaint.

I must say one thing I am disappointed in with the ToQ-Oh, is that there seems to be no way to store the sword in the trains mode. If I'm not mistaken, the weapon of every main mecha since Gaoranger (with the exception of Shinkenger's Shinkenoh) can be stored somewhere in the component mecha.

Even then, the sword became the dragon's tail on the BoA ver.

Yeah but the BOA version is a laughable knockoff of the real deal if we're being honest. It completely nixed the main gimmick of that mecha in removing the Emblem modes. So you stick a sword up the butt of what's supposed to be a dragon :lol

But to Comicguy's point, yes, main weapons have been storable since Gaoranger. They've either been a part of the transformation or could be stored when not in use in individual vehicle/animal/whatever modes:

Shinken Oh is literally the only exception since Gaoranger for main mecha. I have a feeling something can be done with the ToQ Oh sword/gun. but probably nothing that will assimilate it into one of the trains. Best case scenario it just plugs on top of one of them.

Maybe it stores under one of the Ressha.

I was hoping it would transform into a railway boom gates. There might still be a chance for that, but it seems less likely now.

Wanted to pass this along to everybody. Would anyone be interested in just the role play items? I'm planning to pick up all the RP's but only for the Resshas they come with to compliment my ToQ Oh.

So I'll be letting go of all the weapons and the buckle. If anybody wants them just let me know and we'll work out a split price that's fair for both of us.

I've never collected RP items before, but if this is a way of getting them cheaper you can take my name down, if you don't get any other takers.

I have nothing against Toqger except for the fact it's coming after some of the hypest, high energy fun in Sentai and it doesn't look like it's going to match that hype and energy, but that won't stop it from being fun. ^^
I like almost all of these toys, I really, really like the Zord, I am a fan of trains so take that with a pinch of salt.

No problem :) The weapon stored on the Red Ressha reminds me of the Triceratops and Sabre-Tooth Tiger from ZyuRanger.

I called it with the weapon storage. Man I can't wait to get my hands on these! At least a week away from having mine in hand but I am so ready.

Damn those Toys look extremely fun.

I like how the full Resshas are connected in two ways. One way for the transformation (The Ressha connects to the rest of its train with a big peg), and the other would be the pegs underneath the Ressha. The second option adds more movement for the train itself.

Ok i like & hate this. There's a part of me that want's to see this as a Power Rangers & there's a part of me that hope's it's not going to be a Power Rangers. I need to see more.

I really really love all the announcements the ToQ Changer makes :lol

Considering the awesome electronic gimmick this show has, I can only see it being cheapened as a Power Rangers line. Like I can easily see ugly black zord builder pegs all over the trains just to link them up in a row. No hidden connectors like ToQ Oh has.

i dont mind the pegs, less breakage in my opinion.

I mind my toys looking accurate. And what's there that could even break? The ToQ toys haven't been out long enough to even know if they break. And they don't use the standard clip system to connect the important parts like most sentai toys do. There are a couple clips, but all the major connection points are hidden pegs, or sliding joints.

Now that the candy toy designers don't have to deal with the elbow-neutering fake batteries that plagued the Kyoryuger line, the Tokyuger candy toys might be pretty good this year.

The megazord still looks weird.

I really may be coming around the track on these Resshas.


They look like they'd fit on the shelves I have cleared too...
