Last time I saw one it was only like 6000 yen on there for the 2-pack. Hell of a deal.

The flaps tick a lot of people off I've heard. I've never owned Gokai-Oh but it still looks awesome.

Pretty cool. Shame BoA version neutered most of the gimmick.

That was my problem with it as well. I kinda wish they has just made the Gokai Galleon one robot like Galaxy Mega. It would have made more sense in the story since they hardly ever used the others. Add to that the fact that none of them really look all that much like what they are suppose to be anyway, don't really think they were needed.

Another one of my big beefs with Gokai-Oh is how he combines with Gojyujin and Machalcon. I like all the parts from all the robots to fit on the robot in combined mode...and man you only use the arms from Gojyujin and you get rid of Blue, Green, Yellow, and Pink completely when you add in Machalcon. So I got a whole pile of useless stuff sitting to the side when you combine them. I don't like that at all.



Also could I exempt myself from the contest? I don't collect Kamen Rider and I really do just want to talk about GoKai-Oh. If I won I'd just refuse it or give it away, and I'd rather it go to someone that actually wants it.

Thank god they did. that gimmick horribly screws the toys design.

Loved the design of Gokai-oh, but like many others have said, I'm just not sold on the rest of the Gokai vehicles. It would have been better to just have the galleon, since it gets the most screen time outside of when they quick change and the vehicles pop out of the galleon.

The other problem I have is how the blue jet holds the sword.

It would've been better if Gokai-Oh was comprised of the Gallion alone. Like Megaship from In Space.

Sentai Pirate Megazord...how does anyone hate this. One of my favorite Sentai mecha next to the Gekirangers.

i just wish they released only the galleon and the others as individual mecha so wouldn't have so many parts and could just get that to form the combo with macalcon and gojyujin (or just machalcon with a cheater mode blizzard mz parts )

I was never really big on how plain each of the parts were seperately, outside of the main ship, the four limbs don't look like much when not combined

Definitely one of my favourite mechs. Love how they managed to work in parts to make it look like he's wearing a pirate hat and jacket with a collar.

Gokai-oh is surprisingly neat, although i think the arms really needed some kinda extending function to break the look of the green and blue vehicles up a little. As it's topical, there's something that's bugged me for ages with sentai to power rangers toys and i'll ask here. Why is it cheaper to engineer a completely new Legend Megazord figure, rather than just importing the molds for Gokai-Oh? Is it to do with the plastic quality difference or what? I would just have thought engineering a new toy would be more expensive than using existing molds.

So this is next seasons Megazord? I thought the Sea Megazord was a way cooler Piratezord.

GokaiOh is one of my top favorite mechas in Super Sentai along with ShinkenOh, Daizyujin, and Kyoryujin. I wish I had bought him back in the day. The DX toy is one of the few from Bandai of Japan that I saw clear missing paint apps, especially on the Gokai Galleon with the first row of sidecannons on either side as well as the Gokaiger logo near the bow too. If I had to pick between GokaiOh and BoA's Legendary Megazord, I'd pick GokaiOh for accuracy and better paint apps.

This reminds me that I really need to finish Gokaiger, such awesome mech design.

Even though its hollow without the upgrade parts I really just love how the thing looks all together, the cannon in the chest is just icing on the cake for the thing. Individual zords wise a lot of them are kinda boring but I think most of their budget went to the Gokai Galleon because man that thing looks freaking sweet in ship mode. I hope this version gets a re-release in the US as an import version some day so I can pick one up.

Nice job on the photos. Sentai mech designs have never done anything for me, but I'm working my way through my first Sentai series with Shinkenger, and the look of them has grown on me over the course of the show. Still a little beefy for my tastes, but I can understand why they look the way they do. Gokaiger will definitely be the next series I tackle!

I hope this gets an import release as it is the only way I could afford it.

This biggest thing I love about GokaiOh is the chest cannon. Can't beat that.

Gokai-Oh's the best looking megazord I have ever seen. Will get the PP version when it get to Wal-Mart.

I like the "bodily explosion" gimmick on the big pirate 'bot, makes him way more kinetic and dynamic.

Always loved this design. Gokaiger was the First Sentai I ever watched so this will always be one of my favorites
