That looks completely different from the last time we saw him. I not denying that it could be from Drive, but I severely doubt thats the main rider.

That looks like a local hero to me. It seems more ornate and colorful in ways that Kamen Rider usually isn't. Reminds me of stuff like Jushen ZhanJiDui or that Indonesian Bima guy.

Anyone think that Drive's gimmick might be as fun as Gaim's current lock seed gimmick?

It seems as though it will be similar to ToQger, right? If it had been given some time to rest I might be more excited, but right now it doesn't interest me as much as the Lock Seeds do. It doesn't help, I suppose, that I'm not much of a car enthusiast.

Is it just me, or is it taking Toei longer than normal to show us the suits and tell us who the main writer is? Are they that uncomfortable with this show that they want to hold back on revealing everything?

All I keep reading on Facebook, and other places, is how they have to change of Kamen Rider Drive because he doesn't have a motorcycle. So it should be Kamen Driver Drive. ... Seriously? Kamen Rider's have had cars before. Black RX being the best example I can think of. He had like four bikes and a car. I promise you, at some point, Drive will have a motorcycle. Either one he rides personally or one he uses in-suit.
And honestly? Who gives a flying Kazari if he never gets one. I personally hope he doesn't. They're trying something different, and I love that, and I hope they keep doing it. They tried it this year with Armor created in another dimension from fruit that turns into padlocks and are opened with belt-mounted butter knives and that worked, didn't it?! I was naysaying Gaim up and down last year because I thought it was the dumbest idea I ever heard. Now it's my favorite Kamen Rider. That's all I'm saying. Give it a damned chance. Let them keep trying something different or else we'll get another Wizard.

According to reports Gaim has just wrapped up production. So my guess would be the Press Conference for Drive will be some time within the next two weeks.

It is a lot later, yeah, but the show's overall schedule has moved back because of Gaim's late start. We'll almost certainly get the official unveiling by the end of the month.

I'd love another Haruto, personally. Just not another everything else about the show.

I like the look of the suit just not an immediate buy for me though untill I see what the gimmick is like, arms change have kinda spoiled me on what to want from a mainline figure. Helmet looks pretty sweet too.
