this is my haul from my birthday on the 18th. the nurse redheart I ordered happened to come in the mail that afternoon, and the rainbow shimmer luna and celestia I found at target that day. those two are so snow globy and cool, can't wait till the rainbow shimmer twilight and cadence get released. the mythcloth stage was a gift. man, oh man, setting up a figure, which was shin, on a stage does not help when you have ocd about things like that. now I can open bravo and gridon.

Yeah, I found the 6 plus to be kind of obnoxiously huge. The regular 6 I felt was just right.

I hate how companies think we all apparently want "bigger phones." I'm typing this on an iPhone 4S. And aside from Safari being really glitchy with the current software (freezing up while typing, not wanting to highlight text, and pasting something I copied two hours ago instead of what I copied 20 seconds ago) I see no reason to upgrade.

I was using an low end smart phone that was old when I got it new.

It got the job done but it was unreliable and started to show it's age a little, so yeah I felt like it was time to upgrade.

They're better made now, I imagine, but my issues with my iPhone 3G forced me to swear off devices I can't change the battery on. My friend loves her 6, so I hope you do, too!

I love my 4S, but I'm ready to upgrade. It's starting to feel slow. I played with a coworker's 6+ and definitely noticed performance differences. And I have wanted a slightly bigger screen. Until the 6 came out I thought I'd be fine with the 5S, but now I'm thinking the 6 is the way to go.

My birthday is Friday, so I'm going to try to talk my wife into switching to the AT&T Next plan in order to upgrade. It would add ~$30 a month to our phone bill, or $60ish if she gets one too.

I'm leaning towards the 6, but as I said, messing with a 6+ today and thinking about playing games or watching movies (to be honest, not things I do a whole lot, but enough) I am tempted by the gargantuan 6+. But geez it is huge.

Oh got copying and pasting on the new software annoys me I have to hit copy ten times for me to be able to paste what i highlight and that's on my ipad mini

That's what I thought. I'm still happy with my 6.
Dude, you're using like, a four year old device. My cousin has the same and he's having the same trouble as you. With Apple, you kinda have to expect a degrade with older devices when they use lesser hardware/chipsets, and one gig of ram.

If you can, go 6 Plus. I'd have gone for one, but they didn't have any, and having the 5, and realizing the pocketability issue, settled for the 6. But now...I'm working on getting a 6 Plus! :p. You'll get used to the bigger screen. Also, please go for anything over 16GB. Trust me, unless you're good on offloading your media or want to play What Do I Keep, 16GB will fill up quick, especially over 2 years with iOS updates.
I also have Next on both my iPad Mini & iPhone 6. Definitely a great choice if you can't afford the device outright & want to avoid a contract.
Don't worry, I'm in the same boat with you. After updating to iOS 8.0 I noticed sluggishness and slight unresponsiveness. Hoping 8.1 with make it better, but I've been hesitant. Haven't found reports of the like, so haven't found any solutions to this. Btw, iPad Mini LTE 16GB 2012. I may Next the new Mini 3, but don't see the worth as it has the same guts as the Mini 2 just with Touch ID.

Finally completed Super Buld Tiger, nice! I wish I kept some of my Yuusha toys..ah well. Anyway, about those Mirage TMNT figures. Wow they really suck, I just returned Raphael. Even by American standards they have limited articulation. I wish NECA could reissue theirs.

Got the Matsubokkuri, Kurumi, and Sid Lockseeds today. Unfortunately I was one of the individuals caught in the CS Toys mishap with these, but thankfully I managed to find them for reasonable prices on Mandarake.

We ordered 6's last night, both my wife and I. I'm used to the 16GB-just-isnt-enough-space games with my 4S, but on the Next plan it only cost $4 more per month to get the 64GB, so I caved into my base desires and went with that one.
But they didn't have any in store, so we probably won't get them for 2 or 3 weeks at least. It's like choosing SAL when ordering from Mandarake!

Along with the phones though, we got tablets! AT&T (at least our store, I don't know if it's a local thing or company-wide) is doing a promotion, buy a phone, get a tablet for $1 + data plan. So, for $10 a month I now have an LG G Pad 7.0 Tablet. Unfortunately, it's Android, not iOS, so I don't know how to use it, and it's also the size of a small island nation so I won't be carrying it around much, but it's kinda neat.

Every Friday I give myself a little extra time to get to work in case a wild yard sale appears. Today it paid off. I only spent $20 for everything and in my defense, I didn't realize that the Duel Disks go for $60+ each nor how rare the War of the Rings game is ($150+). Otherwise, I wouldn't have lowballed the seller as much as I did.

That's exactly what I got today! Sad part, is that when I opened him his right leg by the knee broke. OUT OF BOX!!! I got it at a shop in Astoria I used to frequent, going to try and get a trade-in or refund, but I'm not hoping much as its a small shop. Don't think anything short of making a scene will get results, and don't think I'm going that route. Anyhoo, congrats.

Ouch! That's unfortunate. I think the problem is that Hasbro has been using this really low quality plastic on their Infinite Series figures that is really prone to warping and breakage. The figures simply don't feel as solid as the other Marvel Legends I own, even the older Hasbro figures.

And I'm not a Nova expert by any means, but I do recall seeing somewhere that this is indeed Ryder, and this is his modern outfit. Couldn't tell you where exactly it's from though.

Picked up the Legacy megazord earlier since TRU Sheffield had two in for £50 a piece, if only the Dragonzord to go with him wasn't so expensive then I'd have ordered one.

Still, quite like Daizyujin on his own though, i do wish that at the price they would of used more paint instead of a sticker sheet.
