Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and other Rider names? If this true, probably Ex-Aid will be has many Rider like Ryuki and Gaim :D

Fun fact: While the whole name seems meaningless, all Riders' name are based on computer file extension, this might suggest us the related theme.

When was Double "digital-themed"? Because the Gaia Memories are USB sticks? That's not a theme, it's the gimmick.

Cab-kichou feels like it could be a Yakuza, host/hostess, delinquent etc. given that Kabuki-cho is the red light district of Tokyo.
Rar-men could be a street vendor who sells ramen noodles.

Hmm..I am mean the gadgets (gaia memories and memory gadgets) and when Philp become data-like when he enter into X-treme Memory....

Anyway...I am still hope we has rescue theme and combine with computer theme...:D

As for Kaijin... maybe it can be a virus of some kind. And the rider possesses the cure needed for that. And once that human is saved, he/she is cured. If almost dying, then surgery.

What I also hope is that Ex-Aid will show people with disabilities, cancer, etc.

Maybe this series can inspire doctors & people to find a way to cure such disabilities.

They can be both. There definitely appears to be a food theme in addition to the file types. Stuff like Ramen and Tempura and Umaibo just seems way too obvious.

Anyway, I find this rumor more interesting than the emergency angle, but honestly that's what, 15 Riders listed? It's not believable if you ask me, especially this early. Unless they're more form changes, and even then...

I can’t tell from the Kanji, but isn’t Ex-Aid the only one titled "Rider"?

Maybe the others are just programs/NPC’s/enemies who’s names got trademarked.

A video game theme rider would be cool. I would imagine something to Gridman with the Rider going inside the web to fight monsters or maybe something similar to Tron.

Probably not the best idea to get involved in rumor threads then? There is nothing confirmed to the public, so anything that's posted here until Toei or Bandai actually release information is based on postings from Japanese message boards.

I think that's intentional, kind of how like Ex-Aid doesn't really line up with the Katakana that was given.

Either way, it's not really an idea anyone paid too much mind towards.

It wouldn't be the first time. Kamen Rider Blade actually has the character Tsurugi after Kamen Rider even though its actual name is Blade.

That's because tsurugi is Japanese for sword/blade. And the logo definitely says "Blade" in katakana. Blade is Blade in both English and Japanese. But some of the leaked names just don't match up with their translations at all. For now I'm remaining skeptical.
