Why is it that we're talking about a crank?

The third image in Paladin's last post. Belt area looks like it might be a crank.

In the first of the three most recent videos, there's a different, knob-like shape at the end of the pointy bit at the right shoulder, and it doesn't look like it's there in other photos I've seen. Hm.

I suppose it could also be something coming off the back rather than the shoulder depending on how he's actually facing in that silhouette.

Could it be a remake of Riderman? I know it is sound fishy but they have similarity in both helmet horns and a crank! In a hand? Yes, only riderman has crank in a hand and can change his hand into another weapon.

Kamen Rider doesn't typically do remakes for shows, sure, there was Skyrider, but that got retconned to being it's own season instead of a remake/reboot

But like... What if it's model kits based and the bottles are paint? Bandai already does model kits so I'm sure that'll hit pretty hard.

Beginning in October, the SuperHeroTime programming block is changing its schedule, with Kamen Rider Build now airing first at 9AM Japan Time.

If not they are extremely optimistic Sentai could improve it's ratings by running at the same time as One Piece.

But Kamen Rider is more popular than it has been in years, and even though Super Sentai is a bit of a dead weight, they make back their returns because Power Rangers does so well.

Twitterverse is saying that the ratings for SHT were SHIT in the 6am timeslot (or whenever), so the move is an effort to improve on those.

Yep. Plus people are more awake that time probably as opposed to 7:30 in the morning on a weekend so I do hope this change helps.

Some pics of a filming which is rumored to be the Filming of Kamen Rider Build has been leaked online. There is no figure of a Rider is seen here but there are Construction Vehicles. It's usual to use cranes for action scenes but the number of construction vehicles is more than it's required. Probably it's part of the filming scene. I have a theory with no evidence to support it, but I think it sounds cool so I'm gonna say it anyway:

Like W, Build's design is asymmetrical because he's a two-in-one Rider, two people coming together to "build" a hero greater than the sum of his parts. But what makes this series more than just a rehash of W is that it's not always the same two people. There's probably one main protagonist who wears the driver and forms the basic body, and then each member of the supporting cast has their own henshin device (the little bottle things) that they use to "build" onto the Rider as extra armor and equipment, with each partner granting Build a different form, and the final form would most likely be achieved by "building" with all his allies at once.

Just an idea that popped into my head looking at the asymmetrical silhouettes.

An imperfect mold of a rider that gets shaped up into the perfect rider? That I would like to see.

I am all about this idea, actually. This would allow the majority of the main cast to technically be a rider (which has worked very well for Ex-Aid), without having to introduce new riders.

As well as provide a potential source of drama if the lead Build needs a specific form, but that person isn't cooperating with him at the moment.

That sounds like an interesting possibility, merging tech and animals. Didn't one of the old villain factions do that for their monsters? It would be especially cool if the parts could mix-and-match, like in W and OOO. Assuming the rumor is true, of course. BTW do we have sources for these rumors?

The tank/rabbit rumor sounds ridiculous on its face; I have a very hard time believing it.

However, I suspect that, had I been a Kamen Rider fan four years ago, I'd've said something like, "This 'fruit-slicing padlock' rumor is preposterous! Who'd be stupid enough to believe that rumor...?"

I've been a Rider fan since OOO was airing, and the rumour hasn't fazed me one bit :lol

Seems a little on the nose compared to the other two. Tank isn't mixed with say, a rhinoceros, but a rabbit, which is about as far from a tank as you can get. The craziness of the combinations is what has me hoping this rumor is true.
