So I'm finally getting around to building the Doven Wolf that I got from Den-O last Christmas.

So far, it's a pretty fun build I don't build a lot of Zeon suits so it's a nice change of pace. I got some pretty interesting ideas in mind for it.

Probably gonna go for some kind of Full Frontial inspired look, might even incorporate the Amazing Booster I have kicking around.

Doven Wolf is a great design. Never built the HG myself but it looked like a fairly interesting kit. Tons of reuse and custom potential since that suit shares design traits and a basic body with the Gundam Mk 5 and Silver Bullet.

Well I finished my re-watch of Build Fighters. I'm super pumped for Try now. And my wallet is already weeping from even more stealing of funds. I've narrowed down which sets from the show I'm getting.

BF Try 2!Another great episode. Still in the introductory phase of the show, but it's great to see the old magic of the first season with these new characters.

Ral is the "special coach" and not the creepy old dude who hangs out at middle schools :lol China makes a brief cameo, the Yuu/Fumi relationship is explored and I really like it. And that was a great battle. Sekai I can't help but think sounds just like a young Reiji. Despite having different voice actors, Sekai conveys a similar personality to Reiji's.

We also got the full opening this week which is pretty good, I still really love the two openings from season 1 more, but this opener is a worthy successor.

Yeah, it was a good episode. The China cameo had me thinking but I'm guessing that she either taught him how to build gunpla or Yuuma is her brother, which would be even more awesome.

I def. like Sekai though, which bring me to the opening. Who was the guy Sekai was looking up to? I mean, it can't be Domon because one, it would mean the universes were one and the same and my mind would be blown, and two, they had him shadowed. Any fan of Gundam knows who that is, even if he's shadowed, unless it's someone dressed like him.

Was confirmed a while back. They have the same surname after all.

Exactly. It's been known for ages that Yuuma is her brother. There's even a panning shot of the restaurant their dad owns with the name across the building, and then Yuuma is inside in his bedroom upstairs.

Another great episode, but the part where I lost it was at the Burning and Destiny fighting in the op, that'll be so frigging awesome!!!

That, both versions of Felini's theme, Samurai Edge, and Tatsuya's themes are my favrioute tracks like ever.

The opening of Build Fighters Try has some really neat throwback scenes for the 1st season. This being my favorite.

Does anyone else think the the Lightning Gundam looks more like the Zeta then the Re-GZ?

The legs and torso are dead giveaways to the Re-GZ aspects of the design. When he equips the BWS next week it will admittedly have more of that Zeta feel to it. But I can definitely see the differences in the design that set it apart from the Zeta.

I guess I'll wait for a Lightning upgrade to integrate more Zeta lol

He was brown haired, no explanation has been given.

I don't recall if Yuuma was ever in the first season of BF actually.

If he dyed it, it's probably so he could look more like Big Brother Sei.
