Maybe. But I rather think Mitsuzane will smash the Genesis Driver and the lockseed in an attempt to get rid of the „ghost“ that plagues him once he has no need for it anymore.

And that the illusion contacts Kouta is highly unlikely, it's a creation of Mitsuzanes sick mind, no separate being that could just talk to others.

Banana Invess is amazing. Definitely an awesome design.

The body itself looks amazing, but the head... meh. I rather wished they expanded his helmet into an organic form with a mouth and real eyes behind the shutters. But it's just a picture, I will form a valid opinion once I see him in action, that’s where he will shine.

I am in absolute love with that. If we don't get that as a Figuart I will riot across Japan. That is GLORIOUS.

This. I'm surprised we haven’t got FiguArts of any Overlords yet, but that maybe due to the fact that there are that many Riders + alternate Forms around which have priority. But considering this is labeled as Barons "Final Transformation", I want a FiguArt of it just because. And I think I will totally dig it once I see it in combat.

I think it looks great, definitely my favorite Overlord/Invess design in the whole show.

There is also the thing of Kaijin not selling that well in Japan.
