So i am walking around a local hobby shop. Contemplating ideas about making a small diorama for S.H. Monsterarts. Figured model train store may have something to start with. I come across a whole section of Gundam model kits , cool ..but not my thing. Among them was a S.H.Figuarts Goku. I don't watch DBZ but it was cool to see a SHF that wasn't ShinkenRed.

I go home to look it up on ebay only to find out it was a SDCC exclusive from last year where the cheapest one goes for like 150$. I go back a week later to see if it was still there and how much it was. The guy sells it to me for 30$, I turned around and sold the guy and ended up with enough for a Go-Buster ace and the 30$ i paid for Goku.

Now i see the Kyoruryu Greeed is on ebay. Damn my impatience!!!

So they're going to show the Kamen Rider Wizard Figuarts soonish, right? What was the preorder situation for Fourze Base Staes? Obviously they shipped out a ton overall, since they're easily available everywhere now, but was there a mad rush during the initial preorder like there seems to be with a lot of other Figuarts? I have this fear of people army building him because of that one scene in the trailer where there are multiple copies of him.

Probally not. Look how long it took to get Fourze Figuarts. You're looking at a couple months yet, atleast.

Oh, I'm a much more recent convert, so a lot of this is unknown to me. I googled and there seems to be a Tamashii Nations 5 year anniversary event at the end of October, do we likely have to wait till then?

New riders tend to get Figuarts of their base forms around January. They're probably going to show prototypes or test shots at a Tamashii Nations Event in the future.

Hell, I still am playing 5 years catch up on Figuarts.

However, the downside to being caught up on the shows now is that if Wizard is really awesome, I'm going to want that Figuart immediately. I mean, I had the Figuarts to OOO and Fourze when I started watching the shows, same with Kuuga, so I already had some to have fun with. Wizard, I won't.

Well after seeing Genocider...I may have to get Gai...and really am tempted to get the Jetman guys still..

Just get the regular Meteor, he's a lot more iconic, and doesn't look like a Super Saiyan, also less hindering due the the extra shoulder plate on Meteor Storm

I see what you mean though. I have enough hinderance issues in my life right now with Gosei Knight.

I love Meteor, but the charm that I liked about him is totally devoid in Meteor Storm. There is just too much gold, and I like the asymitry in the base design...

Blade, Blade Jack Form, Blade King Form, Garren, Garren Jack Form, Chalice, Chalice King Form, Leangle, Glaive, L'Arc, Lance, Joker, Spider Undead, Tarantula Undead, Giraffa Undead, Paradoxa Undead, Caucasus Undead, the Monolith/Sealing Stone, Cerberus, an exclusive Blade and Garren with broken face plates, and a set of effects parts (Giant cards and stands to hold them, Lightning effects for Blade's sword, shooting effects/fireballs for Garren's gun as well as flame effects for his feet, ice effects for Leangle, and tornado effects and the green...laser thing Chalice fires out.)
Of course, this is all after Lio and Mele.

I never liked Meteor storm from the get-go. I could never get passed the whole Super Sayin Bayblade thing he has going on.

Beyblade? I don't remember seeing Meteor Storm with idiotic little monster-filled plastic tops.

His staff is pretty much an oversized Beyblade launcher.

Nope, Blade and Hibiki are the only two Heisei series that still haven't been touched by Figuarts. I suspect it's mostly because they're the two shows with the lowest toy sales. :(

I am kinda mad that out of all the SHF that come out between now and dec only 3 of them are regular releases. I have red buster , zeronos and bouken red. I have black condor, meteorstar , nick , yellow buster and basco as exclusives. Throw me a bone bandai. Sheesh

The number of exclusives they release is a little staggering. And there's no point to them: Other than money. Purely money. Exclusives are available anywhere, really. Look at how many of us have them (I love you Gosei Knight). I think Bandai looks at the list of upcoming Figuarts and thinks "Hmn. Now which ones will sell better.." And those are the ones that are made into Exclusives.

What about Cosmic States Fourze and Module Set 4?

The only Blade anything released in Figuarts is the Decade BladeBlade. But yeah I'm with you. They need to hurry and do something from Blade.

Outside of Ooo and Meteor I am staying away from upgrade suits and I had module set 1 and I sold it cause it just sat in my extra pieces box. Nothing else is grabbing my attention

I thought about getting Module Set 1 when Fourze came out, but then thought against it. I mean, I hardly display the switches that come with Fourze as it, and the modules is one rabbit hole I'd like to avoid.

god every time someone says that term and fourze i keep wanting to make some stupid pun about rabbit hatch not hole.

I got Module Set 01 in the amiami sale and launcher/radar are the only ones I can see myself taking out of the box again. Still at 500 yen its hard to call it a waste of money.

Agreed, on sale they seem worth it...but then again, I never really liked the idea of buying accessory sets anyway.

I wish they'd make one for Gosei Knight. A new head-sculpt for Dark Gosei Knight, a Gosei Knight Header you can use with other figures, and ELBOWS WITH SWIVELS. ... Ahem.

The module sets just hold not interest for me. I get that Fourze' gimmick is the whole 40 switches thing but I don't need 40 toy versions of them. When will I ever use them or get enjoyment out of things like Pen or spike or beat or whatever? They just seem like little pieces of nothing to me.

If they make a set with the foodroids and the kamen rider club stand I would buy that in a heartbeat

I don't know why, but I love the module sets. I did not like the idea at first, but I liked how it was played out on Fourze, and now, I love just having multiple options to display my Fourze with (as you can see from my pics in the KR discussion). Sure, I may never display all of them, and I know I will eventually buy the other module packs, but I like just having them there.

The switches themselves, on the other hand, I do not know. I just feel that if I snap off the tabs to place them on Fourze's belt, I'll lose one or two sooner or later. As such, I'm just keeping them in the packaging as they are and only have the four that came on Fourze stay on Fourze. I mean, I think it is awesome Bandai went as far as to make every single switch, but they are just way too small to want to handle. Plus, I can't really tell what switch goes with what.
