All my nicknames are fucking STUPID.

I just name my Pokemon after Cartoon characters.

My copy of Soul Silver actually came this morning, I'm blown away by how fast the shipping was!

However it looks like they sold me a US copy without saying anything so it just freezes my device.

Not surprisingly, Gen 5 stumped me the most.
Chansey, Dunsparce, Spinda and Tropius, Rotom, and like, half of Gen 5 were the ones that took me the longest to remember :lol

And the person figured "This guy is a Brony who plays Pokemon? He's just a hipster."

Sweet! I'm glad others nickname their Pokemon.
I was, like, the only one, between my brothers and my circle of friends, to have a team with nicknames.

That sounds...Annoying.
Isn't the DS region free? Why is it doing that?

Yeah it was a rarity in my friend circles as well, I just think it makes it more personal.

Also, if it is region free, then the game is just faulty then.

Well, I'm still soft resetting my Heart Gold in hopes for a shiny Starter. So far- 3700 soft resets

Why?
Outside of Meganium, the Johto starter's shininess is completely underwhelming.
I think soft resetting for a beneficial nature is a better use of time.

Meh, just want one so it can be different :lol. Plus kinda like shiny Cyndaquil, Totodile is a bit meh, and Chikorita...why? It looks like it's leaf is about to fall off cause seasons are changing. To this day, I haven't had a shiny starter, besides a Shiny Charmander.

Psh. I've never had a Shiny starter.

Also, here's a fun little story involving a Shiny Pokemon. The first Shiny I ever encountered (A Duskull in Ruby), was, to date, the only time I didn't have any Pokeballs at all.

Last time I played Gold (the GBC one), I found a shiny Sentret in the bit you do before you get given Pokeballs ¬¬
