I was thinking that too but the only weapons I can think of involve the rock genre also its always a guitar

Well in a music sentai Red: Trumpet Blue:Percussion Yellow:Wood Wind Green: Guitar Pink: French Horn 6th: Other brass 7th: Conductor/Drum Major

Perhaps they could do another sports themed team. Baseball and soccer are fairly popular in Japan.
And having a basketball themed ranger bury the two would be a dream come true :p
