So long as those 7 movies means I can see a Time Force movie and drag whatever nephews/nieces I have to go see it, I don't care too much. Hell, I'd happily watch an In Space movie if it gets that far. Otherwise, if it's just all MMPR I'll pass.

Well, MMPR S1 all the way to Lost Galaxy (The last season to forcefully tie in the events of the previous) is 7 seasons.

However, I feel it'll be:
1. MMPR
2. Green Ranger saga
3. Thunder Rangers/Powers (Likely keeping OG suits)
4. Zeo arc (Complete with suit change)
5. =Something= (The odds of the movie runners bringing over Turbo is so slim that I have a better chance of swallowing my own arm)
6. In Space Part 1 (Cast change to more resemble In Space's is their call)
7. In Space Part 2

I doubt they'll adapt the ninja stuff again, and I dunno how Zeo would go down with 6 rangers from the start (I know in the series, Tommy was Red, but they could likely set it up so Tommy's powers become unstable during Thunder, and he fully loses them in Zeo and instead becomes the Gold Ranger, especially if Jason's actor has signed on for the full ride)

Well if you're betting your arm that they won't do Turbo, they might just move all the ninja stuff to after Zeo and have the Alien Ranger/People based of the Alien Rangers take the helm, that way it slightly ties into In Space a little better.

The problem is that I doubt they want to get 4 movies in then randomly swap the cast to the Alien Rangers for half of it.
Though they could bring in the Alien Rangers for a Rangers of 2 Worlds kind of thing. Like, make some changes (Not make them fish people), and have the Aliens come in chasing a threat like Astronema or Dark Specter? Perhaps use the Aliens to show the rangers that more than just Earth is on the stakes?

I just doubt they'll bring over the cars after using Dinosaurs, Chinese mythical beasts, and...Shapes...

Oh yeah. That action pose there has confirmed my suspicion where half the reason I disliked the suits in the first place was because of how awkward they were posed for the magazine picture. Seems like Red at least looks fairly decent in motion, from what I can tell.

I can see 1-3, although 2 may tie into 1. We'll see...

As for 4-7, I'm gonna have to agree that shapes and stuff may get a pass. If anything, 4-7 may take the franchise in a wholly different direction than the rest of the classic Zordon era.

I merely went that direction because, if they want to nostalgia bait, that's the best way to go, since In Space brought back droves of fans of MMPR that abandoned ship during Alien/Zeo/Turbo.

7 Movies? That's even assuming the first one does well at all.

I mean, we haven't even seen a single trailer yet so that seems a little presumptuous.

The way it's actually said, it just sounds like an off-hand comment that just means the Executives have confidence that the one being made now will be good. Which is definitely good news. I doubt anyone there is seriously thinking that far ahead.
