Likely. We're obviously going to have a third Rider since Claws will be introduced rather early.

Cobra doesn't have a Best Match, no.

While everyone is discussing the advancement of the show...I'm trying to figure out which scene in the opening will be used in the last episode like Toei has done lately 😂. I think it is the equations that are breaking through the walls of the city~ when Kiryu goes "god mode" and starts tearing down the "terrible remains" after the final battle.

Actually in Ex-Aid, they do say that Emu and Hiiro work at the "Seito University Hospital", although I'm pretty sure it's just a coincidence that the plot of KR Build also has a prominent location called Seito.

The magazine scan on the kamen rider wiki just shows a C on the cap, the image that could've be edited by toei since the Bat full bottle also only has a B label but can get a Best Match with Engine.
