i have positive opinions on double. shotaro, philip, sokichi, katsumi, the designs. but that's pretty much it

Kabuto sure is a pretentious little bastard, ain't he? I like that his suit has an armoured form and the slimer, more traditional form. And what a cool form it is.

Also, maybe W's opening set my expectations high, but Kabuto's theme is a snore-fest.

I'm also one of those people who doesn't really care for the theme song. It's really kinda meh on the spectrum of Rider openings. Kuuga has one of the few openings I'd rank lower than Kabuto.

Wait...so if Tendou rules everything...and Tsukasa destroys everything and connects everything...then if we're going in order of Riders...then Tendou wold rule everything, and Tsukasa would come in and destroy it, but then connect it somehow? But if it goes the other way...then Tendou would have nothing to rule...argh! Brain hurt!

Tsukasa is the Destroyer of Worlds. I just didn't realize he did it by eating away the ozone with gallons and gallons of hair spray. Who knew?

I am enjoying the hell out of Blade. It was slow at first, but I'm up to episode 3 and it started picking up a little. Helps I love that damn suit.

If you think it's picking up at episode 3 you're going to have a great time. I couldn't bear much of it until at least episode 12. Then again, you like the Blade suit, so it might just turn out that you end up hating every part of the show I enjoyed and vice-versa.

It all makes sense now!

I'm having a great time so far. People warned me Goseiger would start slow to, look how that turned out for me :lol

I loved all the designs in Blade. They were great.

As a series, Blade was amazing. It probably starts the slowest out of any other show, but when it picks up, it gets really good.

I hate the Blade suit. All 4 Riders have cool gauntlets though.

The best way I can describe is the suits in Blade are clean. There's nothing distracting, just smooth lines and awesome. Especially Blade himself. Need me a figuart of him so bad.

I'll agree. A nice design aesthetic that is kept wonderfully simple.

Which is a concept that seems lost now. I love Fourze, it will always remain dear to my heart, but when you start clamping on random modules and States it becomes to busy. The same could be said for OOO. Another good design but far to random. Wizard's design is a simple one, but I wish the face had a little more detail. But then I love an insect Rider.

I had my way every Rider would be an Insect Rider.

I'm not a big fan of his chest plate or his shoulderpads, and I think his helmet looks weird. Maybe it would look better if he didn't have the bug eyes, and I guess I should take back my statement of hating it, since I like is gauntlets and his boots (except for the steel toes). I just don't really like the helmet designs in Blade.

The helmet is the best part, though.

Eh...maybe if it didn't have the bug eyes. Maybe when I get aroud to watching Blade, it'll grow on me the same way Fourze and Den-O Sword Form (and Climax Form) have.

Speaking of which...here's what I'm thinking to watch after Kiva:

My personal favorite is Kivara, but yes Blade's is great.

To each his own. I love the steel like chest plate (It even has pseudo rivets!) with the spade on the stomach. The helmet is different, but that's because he's a beetle that's not a kabutomushi, so his head ends in the straight horn rather than the split one.

Then again, I just really love Blade.

As for Wizard, he has a somewhat simplistic design, but I find his to be more bland. He uses a lot of one primary color (Red, blue, green, yellow) and just slathers it across his chest.

I wouldn't call Kivala a favorite of mine, but I did enjoy that they kept the Kiva aesthetic rather faithfully.

About Decade.. Look, I love Decade. Tsukasa should be in everything. But don't expect an ending. There's a hint of one coming, but it never comes through. Sadly.

Kivara is great. Always thought she was better looking than Nadeshiko. Not that Nade is ugly, Kivara is just better.

Blade's suit will definitely grow on you, don't worry.
Anyway, try to fit Blade in a little earlier. Before Ryuki, preferably. Blade takes a serious turn, but it doesn't make you want to cut yourself like Ryuki :lol

And move Kabuto up a little on the list. Tendou alone makes that series entertaining.

Tsukasa should be confined to a box that's being thrown off a cliff.

And yep. There is literally no resolution. There's 2 versions of the final episode. Neither of them end the series. One is a movie hook that doesn't tie into the movie, and the other is just the Rider War scene again, which also has nothing to do with the movie.

And no, Nadeshiko is ugly. You don't have to defend it.

That's why they went with a non-kabuto beetle. Personally, while it's obvious that the spade is present, it's just not as clear as, say, Leangle's Club or Chalice's Heart.

And the movies have nothing to do with anything. The Decade movies make less sense than the series itself. Taisen being the worst of them, especially the WTF Diend ending.

Nadeshiko.. It's not Ugly. It's just way to sparkly. To.. Flashdance.

Yeah. Decade's movies are just bad in general...Moreso than the series, surprisingly.
Let's Go did the multi Rider thing A LOT better, and Decade was limited to the narrator announcing him and a brief fight scene (Like the other Heisei Riders).

I have a really bad feeling that I'm going to end up like you...hating Decade.

And it is. I LOVE Kivara's design though. White and purple is a color scheme that just really does it for me.
