It's from Akibaranger.

Due to reasons (seriously, in universe it's just "reasons"), the Power Rangers/Super Sentai relationship gets inverted and Zyuranger was adapted from an American kids show called Powerful Rangers. And it is VERY American, the belts and collars are the Stars and Stripes and the two are like "Abridged Bandit Keith American."

It is gloriously stupid. :lol
