I think he's got an August 2018 release date but no price or accessory details yet. Also not sure whether it's a regular or web exclusive release but I'm leaning towards regular release. He looks really good though!

Yay, the suit has the regulator back! I don't know why the removed that part of the suit for Civil War.

I love this figure, finally a good looking Ant-Man SHF. I was hyped that they first announced the Civil War one but I really didn’t like the look of it. The suit itself wasn't as good as the first one IMO and the Figuart did not help sell that look at all.

This one looks great though. I hope they include a mini Ant-Man, that's a must-have accessory for the character! Also, make a Wasp to go alongside Ant-Man please!

Holy shit the NA release of Ant Man is going to come with a giant - 10 inch - ant for him to ride.

Not all of the accessory bundles are great, but when they get it right, they really get it right. I kind of really want this one now. Was thinking of passing since I'm fine with just one representation of the character (even though I like this suit more), but that's almost too tempting to pass up.

Holy crap that's cool. Don't think I need another Ant-Man (though I also think the suit is better) but that's really neat.

Wow, I thought I'd be able to stop with getting the Infinity War figures but they go and do this? lol. Ant-man this time around only comes with 4 alternate hands for accessories I think, not even a mini Ant-man which kind of sucks.

Shows Mark 7 releasing in October and priced at 6480 yen which is the usual price the Iron Man suits have been. Also shows Hulkbuster releasing in December for 37800 yen.
