I picked up one of the 2000 yen AC Legend Rider sets on Mandarake. I've never purchased from them before, but is the 500 yen handling fee standard on all purchases?

Unless the total purchase is over 5000, yes.

Man, I wish this wasn't such a hectic event collecting this line. If I hadn't needed to order right away I could've gotten a REALLY good deal on another item from mandarake. But no, you have to be so quick to the trigger with these things, or you miss out.

Nope, there's a different AC on there I'm trying to get, but the Mandarake-Paypal issue is preventing me from getting it :/. Den-O tried for me the other day and it didn't work for him either.
