I think it's a combination of Tachibana not thinking the Category Ace would keep trying to control Mutsuki, and Mutsuki super not having any idea of what he was in for. Tachibana thought the worst was behind them, and Mutsuki never thought it would get this bad. Poor judgment from a bunch of people.

Shima just doesn't seem like a secretive character? The big thing about him, that he's an Undead, we find that out right away. With Hajime, they're still drip-feeding us details.

In this instance, for me, it was how those two emotions were pushing them into one conflict. Shima's care for Mutsuki was up against Mutsuki surrendering to his negativity. It wasn't contained to one person, but more about how two opposite emotions can lead to one tragic outcome.

So uh, I'm currently watching the Fourze Net Movies, and lemme just say Die, if you haven't seen it already, you should totally watch Net Movie 4-5. I imagine you'll have a blast with it. Yes, this is relevant.

I did watch those, and I love them so much. Not as much as the Wizard ones, which are some of my favorite Kamen Rider things of all time, but still!

I'm assuming that's the Fourze/Garren one? It's great! The Tachibana gag is fantastic, even when I barely understood the context.

My favorite of those series of movies, though, are the game show ones. Holy shit, what a delight it is to see these kids try and watch Showa series. Shun and Jake weren't my favorite of Team Fourze, but I definitely respected them more after those game show performances. Those kids are alright!

You know, this reminds me that I should really go watch the Fourze Net Movies again. I've had the perfect excuse ever since this thread started that there are apparently some juicy Dadi meme references in there, but I just haven't done it yet.

Also I miss the Net Movies so much you guys why did they ever stop doing them

Did the Net Movies actually start with Fourze? Because this is the first batch I ever got of any Rider show that's included any.

If they started earlier, well, I know what I need to track down later...

They go all the way back to Kiva, actually! And then stopped after Wizard, which I'm sure Die would claim is because they rightfully realized there was no topping the Medusa and Gremlin skits. TV-Nihon is probably your friend if you're hoping to see them all.
