People go crazy over MMPR because of the action (Back in the day) and the nostalgia (Today).
People go insane over Sailor Moon because...Because.


It's what happens when you let some tropes and cliches stay prevalent.
It's everywhere in anime, only starting to die down recently. The quiet, shy, mousy girl? Most likely to be the most well endowed girl in the series.

And I guess it just feels where MMPR and Power Rangers as a whole seems to just fall out of public eye, being briefly brought back before departing again, Sailor Moon has never stopped being relevant in some degree.
