Actually most I've seen are a tad bit smaller I can assure you that Saber and BRS are, Rider is slightly taller but like Samus she's a tall girl so it's still in scale.

with the acquisition of d-arts into figuarts, and Mario coming out it is only a matter of time before we get captain falcon, since we seem to be getting figuarts that have been in smash bros.

I wouldn't count on it. Except for Smash, Captain Falcon hasn't been relevant in a long, long time.

And it's not just Nintendo characters that they're working on anyways. A God Eater character is being released before Mario, even. So I don't think he'd exactly be a priority either when they've got a lot on their plate.

On a personal level, I'd rather they continue other franchises or even introduce new ones than focus on just a massive cast of Nintendo characters. I like a little diversity.
