I just received my OOO Driver from them with no issue (aside from it being a month after release but y'know, imported goods), so I can't speak anything bad of them from personal experience there. What I've heard often echoed is that they're good for pre-orders on upcoming stuff but you might need to be wary otherwise

Pre-ordered Z Original from Nin-Nin. I was hoping to wait and see if PlazaJapan would open orders as I wanted to try out their services. Too late to back out now. :p

I got my first preorder from Nin-Nin in this past week, the Gaim Energy Riders SO-DO set. The only problem I had with them was that it took them about three weeks to pack my order, despite me paying for DHL shipping as soon as they invoiced me. That was a bit of a disappointment, but nothing too bad.

Anime-Export still has him up as well.

This is par for the course with Nin-Nin, unfortunately. I'm waiting on one last pre-order from them and then I'm probably done ordering from them.

I've been trying to move away from them, but they seem to always be the last place with any availability when other places normally sell out.

I've got a Naki pre-ordered with them but after that I think I'll be done with them too.

Heck, after Rampage Gatling happens I'll be done with SHF in general in terms of new releases, so it's not like that's too hard to keep to :lol

Because I'm bored, I just made a collage list of the SHFs I have pre-ordered and plan to definitely pre-order. Crazy to think how much I've actually accumulated, this is not even counting the other stuff I pre-ordered from other companies lol. Only ones missing here would be are the 50/50 on me pre-ordering or the ones not too near yet such as Jaou Calibur or Ikazuchi.

I am definitely cutting back next year, hahah.

Edit: Alpha Edge is greyed cuz if another month comes by and it's not in my hands yet, I might just cancel him and get a refund altogether. May as well just fill his space with Delta Rise Claw or some other Ultra like Grigio.

Dragonic Knight is definitely one of the most tempting things ever, though. I don't go for SHFs on design alone, they gotta matter to me beyond that; but man. Dragonic Knight is up there with Shadow Moon and Femme as one of those designs I'd love to just look at on the desk y'know? Gonna have to at least get the SO-DO

So according to an update from Tokullectibles, they're waiting to list Base Form Z on their site because they don't know how many units they'll get yet since...apparently Bandai's only making him in limited quantities.

Which is mind-boggling to me. He's retail. He's affordable. Why make him limited?

Also, Dragonic Knight, I think, has been Saber's best form period. And I'm kinda glad for it since it just means I don't have to choose. Also, Dragonic would look really nice next my Mordred.

Guess they're avoiding the case of "2nd retail figure abundance syndrome" but it wouldn't really make sense since Z is very beloved right now.

Amiami also, specifically, only had 672 slots for its first wave.

Dragonic Knight is my favourite suit in KR Saber hands down, and it almost reaches my top 10 rider suits. It's just extremely good, it's like someone tapped into my love of knight-esque rider suits (Femme, Blade, Baron etc) and went all out on it

I had asked Tokullectibles if they would carry Z prior to that tweet. Their response was any retail releases gets an allocated amount and they don't know how much it is until later. With the Saber Brave Dragon release, their order was cut and they didn't know until they saw the shipping invoice. So they probably want to wait it out and avoid another situation like that

I've got Naki, Orthos Vulcan, and Tiga on order right now. The Animation Ver. Sailor Moon figures are an "Eventually" for me since I want to re-complete the set I lost a while back, but other than that, the only ones likely to get my interest are Rampage Gatling, Seihou Knight, and either Banana or Seihou Gaim. Of course, if Bandai really, really wants my money, they know what to do. Until then, I'll be sticking with Sentinel.

Although I'm expecting them to finish the lineup no earlier than 2025 at the rate they're releasing my boys...

Oh, there's totally some older figuarts I wanna go back and buy, too! The top of my list right now are Rider 1 (preferably the set with his cyclone), Black (renewal, not seihou) and Zero-One to have all 5 eras. Really really would not mind if FRS released a KR Black, though.

Aside from that I'm also very interested in Akaranger, the Gokaigers, Chalice and probably Ultraman; though the latter is very hard to find these days and barring a re-issue (an ACTUAL re-issue rather than whatever the hell that best selection was), I could see myself going for the Mezco release next year instead. If I suddenly find myself with a lot of money and nothing else to buy, I might also go for the Seihou OOO combos just because of how fun they are and how much I love that show

Honestly at this point, I think that KR Saga will have to be an SS release to match up with the Kiva releases.

SHFUpgrade is selling kigurumi masks- I mean anime faces for Izu and an Azu one too. Azu one doesn't look too bad, but Izu looks dead.

Usually I like everything SHFUpgrade puts out, even if sometimes I think it isn't super necessary like a bigger gun for Vulcan I can still get why somebody would want it.

But this is a pretty objectively bad set and in very poor taste.

The heads look nice enough, but the belly piece is such a niche and unnecessary accessory...On-top of how it's advertised on the image.

It's sorta funny, but it's mostly a "lands and breaks its ankles" situation there. Speaking as an Asian, it is a very Asian thing to fat shame tho.

The anime style faces are cool, though. Honestly the whole "let's 3D scan the actor's actual faces for the SHFs" is not great, it just looks off 'cuz there's always this awkward blur to me.

From the looks of it, the set isn't listed on Tokullectibles' site, so either it never made it up or it was up but was quickly removed after the backlash over it started kicking up.

So good on them for taking quick action on that front.

Now is probably a bad time to ask, but are these stickers what you'd use for the Progrise Key included with Ichi-gata? I didn't mind the lack of detail on Zero-One and Vulcan, but with the key clearly visible in the CycloneRiser, it looks pretty bad
