It was pretty good, imo one of the best FPS of recent times.

Call of Duty is the example of the problem with some franchises right now. Screw/Attack on Youtube said it best. Every new installment has minor improvements to multiplayer, sometimes only two new maps, and ever-shrinking Campaign mode. I used to love CoD's story. Modern Combat 1-3 especially, and Black Ops 1-2 was just fun. But 2 was far to short, and the focus on a multiplayer I have no interest in? Mreh.

with multiplayer these day game developer add it on games that does not need like the new tomb Raider and now Arkham Origins

Why? You can just go out and buy the first Modern Warfare for probably $5 at Gamestop. No CoD has changed since then.

For what was once a respectable series, isn't it sad that the mere mention of Call of Duty has become a punch line in and of itself?
