Honestly dude, the first half of Kabuto IS the good part. Just move on because it only goes down hill after the Hyber Zector comes into play in the 30's.

PS For the record for anyone new to the thread, I really like Kabuto. Not sure where I'd rate it overall, but it'd be middle to high.

For the record I also like Kabuto. The show just has some weird pacing issues, like you said, after Hyper Zecter is introduced. Alot of it came from having to adjust the plot after Hiyoris' actress had to take a leave. And the rest came from the declining budget the series had at the near end.

None of the series are connected (Hell, until Climax Deka, the movies didn't even feature the other riders), and forcing yourself to watch a series you're not enjoying will just leave a sour taste in your mouth.

Hell, it might also invigorate interest in a previously dull series (I couldn't stomach Ryuki on first viewing, but coming back to it made me realize how much I liked it).

Yeah. His masked form is bleh. But I don't think any of their masked forms are that amazing.

I don't completely hate his masked form. It's not great obviously, what with the strange fluid tubes all over him. The helmets for both forms bug the shit out of me though.

I just watched Wizard 19. I'm liking Beast though his Mayonaisse obsession is a bit weird, and why is the Phantom wanting to make Wizard stronger?

Well, his upgrades are all using the power of Haruto's Phantom, Dragon. So perhaps that's a factor...

Only if got goes on for 50 straight episodes of filler before giving Wizard a new god mode and then shifting focus from the main team from the antique shop to a new group of characters.
(And yes, I get where you're coming from, with Wizard using the powers of his inner Phantom and Ichigo using the powers of his inner Hollow :p)

I saw the final episodes leading up to and the OOO finale (Director's cut) and it was awesome. Tatoba dual wielding the Medagabryu and Medajailbur was awesome along with a 3 Rider battle against Dr. Maki. Even Tajador got to beat the Kyroryu greed, which we haven't seen for a long time. Awesome, amazing and can't wait to see OOO's movies.

More like Naruto. Haruto makes deals with the dragon like Naruto does with the Fox demon while Ichigo always ends up fighting his Hollow self or Zangetsu. Same demon within trope eitherway.

Actually it kind reminds me of Kamen Rider Ryuki/Dragon Knight too because of the Dragon and the Rider working together.

Finished eps. 35-37 of Ryuki. Tiger has now made his presence known but not much of his personality has been revealed yet. And there's a misdirection as to who Tiger really is. And since Gai only made a few appearances, there's a new dick in town, Nakamura who keeps shoving Shinji out of room 401. I kinda wish Shinji would deck him one time. Anyway when would be a good time to watch the 13 Riders movie? I read somewhere the Episode Final fits after episode 46 but what about 13 Riders?

I think 13 Riders is after the series, and Episode Final is after 13 Riders. I'm not sure though.

Really? Cause I read a synopsis of Episode Final that said it deals with the final days of the Rider War so I thought it fits in continuity. Oh well I guess I'll just watch both movies after the series, that's what I did with the Agito movies anyway.

No. Neither Episode Final or 13 Riders are in continuity. They're both separate universes with separate outcomes of the Rider War, and neither are the same as the show's Rider War.

Neither fits into the continuity in any way.

Episode Final replaces the continuity of episodes 43 and up. 13 riders ia entirely alternate telling of the series itself.

In either case, Tiger is a horrible bastard. Easily my least favorite character of the series. And I HATED Gai already.

Yeah, Tiger is pretty much the only character from Ryuki that I outright dislike, and this coming from someone who adores Gai. Shame his design is marvelous.

Tiger that bad of a character huh? I mean I hated Gai myself but your saying Tiger's worse? I got to watch the rest of this series already. I can't download them fast enough.

Exactly. They're simply the alternate outcomes of the rider battles. Outcomes which he was not pleased with so he resest continuity multiple times over until the TV events occurred which ended the battle. His monologue during 13 riders pretty much confirms this.

I find that aspect of him to be disturbing and frustrating. At first he seems like he's willing to be normal and then he just goes even further off the deep end. There is no redemption for that character for me, none at all. That completely amazing costume design is the only positive, and the only reason I own the Tiger Figuart.
