Watching Vanguard episode 105, Axel the hell are you doing in my Vanguard?

just finshed watching good luck girl and its a really funny serise theres a load of anime refferances in there from DBZ death note one piece and a truck trailer was in the style of G1 optimus Primes Trailer minus the autobot symble

So watching Negima!? (Which is season 2) I've noticed a few things.
1. There was a Chupacabra on a shirt doing a Kamen Rider Nigo pose (Red gloves and boots gave it away)
2. There was a sign in the forest, while they were on a camping trip, that had Pedobear on it.
3. At the end of the first few episodes they did a little thing that parodied Super Sentai (AKA The Dummy Force)

Sorry to burst your bubble, but they are not voiced by the same person. I have just checked the wikis for both Bleach and Cardfight Vanguard and both have different voice actors.

Ippo 21.

It's always kinda disappointing that the matches which aren't Ippo's are always so brief. I'd really love to see some matches from other characters perspectives, since so many boxers around him have such interesting styles and it just all seems a bit wasted.

Still, this episode did make me respect Hayami more and minus the ridiculousness of his Jet Gattlingesque super punch, his match was more enjoyable for it. Next episode, in fight!

Ippo 22.

This was a really bad episode. Ippo just suddenly in the middle of the match could outclass Hayami's shotgun for no reason at all, so it made me wonder what the hell the fuss was about if they were just gonna drop the tension anyway, then he just knocks him out, just like that. The hell?

There was also the fact that the first round went on for twenty minutes... Did they forget that boxing matches have rounds?

Watched the new episodes of Samurai Flamenco and Kill la Kill last night - both were probably the weakest so far. Flamenco had a bit TOO much of a Kick Ass vibe going on for the episode, and Kill la Kill lacked the plot interest of the first 3 episodes and the comedy value of the last one.

They were both still a lot of fun though, I just can't expect standout episodes every week.

I can see Kill la Kill being dubbed soon.

Ippo 23.

Ippo takes a rest day, and now it's Miyata's turn to fight and man what a badass fight that turned out to be - I finally got what I wanted, a full fight between two boxers where neither of them was Ippo. It was cool to see how much respect Miyata has grown for Ippo as well, after Ippo has grown into such a competent boxer.

Ok I want short comedy anime with a lot of difference anime references like good luck girl and lucky star is there any

Does anybody know of any Anime's that have Toku references in them? (Has to be dubbed. Keyword: DUBBED!)

Does Saban's "subtle" promotions of Power Rangers in the Digimon dubs count?

(Specifically the Power Rangers Arbor Day Marathon and Kari buying her friend a Pink power Ranger for her birthday from the movie)

It's funny with Negima!? that it has a parody of Super sentai/Power Rangers at the near end of some of the episodes. They're called Mahora Sentai BakaRanger AKA Mahora Ranger: Dummy Force.It's quite funny though.

Exactly, it always feels like you are missing on something, but there's simply no way to watch it all. And like you said with toku is worse due to the lenght.

And all the new shows seem so shiny! It's pretty much criminal how many half finished shows I have.

Ippo 24.

This episode really annoyed me, I know Miyata and Ippo have their whole bromance thing going on, but Miyata isn't stupid. He's a badass, certainly, but he isn't stupid. It seemed so out of character for him to act completely on emotion that was devoid of all logic.

There is a chance here that continuing to fight on that leg could ruin his whole career, hell if it's that bad, he could never walk properly again and he's risking this, all just for the sake of another match with Ippo? I know this show takes a lot of liberties, but come on man.

Then after all that Miyata lost!

Ippo 25.

I can't wait to see Ippo drop Mashiba onto the mat, that guy is a fucking asshat. And it seems Ippo has a plan, to topple this guy, and when it comes to a battle of guts, Ippo is always on top!

Man that twist with Mashiba though was pretty awesome. I still found it hard to feel sorry for him though, no matter how hard they tried to turn it around. He's a nasty, ex con, who would gladly cheat and use brutality to win a match. Fuck that guy.

Since I'm sick, I'll watch WataMote...

Watched the first episode of Madoka last night. I liked it, sets up a lot of questions and stuff...

Although from everything I've seen you guys say about kyubey and Urobutcher I keep trying to guess what's going to happen =p Like her little brother is adorable, so something bad is probably gonna happen to him. Or that her and her mum are close... So something will probably happen there etc etc... It's fun though =D
