I mean here's the thing, DH2 is voicing his personal experinces and his take, how ever you guys take it. Caling him weird and bad mouthing him is pretty shitty especially from you guys just bc he voices his hate for cats in a way you dont like, which he has a right to. Contrary to what the resident detectives on this forum call "sociopathic or psychotic behavior" of him biting a cats tail when he was "3" after a cat attacked him, is actually not socipathic at all. He was 3 for gods sake and the cat attcked him, toddlers do for a fact react to getting hurt and reciprocate, and even pull at animals reguarly regardless. They just dont have the tact on waht level or response to give like adults do, they just instinctively act. Sociopathic behavior would be outright attacking animal without being provoked and enjoying it. Im guessing none of you have kids or regularly interact with younger nices or nephews. To say that type of thing to someone who already voices how much they feel life sucks, which it honestly does at times, is really shitty on all your parts. He just stateted something he felt from his perspective, as blunt as it is, and as butthurt as all of you get over it, he has a right to without being bad mouthed or insulted.As to DH2 personally, keep on truckin man, can't wait to see your collection!

Most serial killers are emotionless as children, overly aggressive and attack without being provoked. They enjoy it, as well as regularly killing small animals and pets as their first kills. What DH2 did, as aggressive as it was, was a response to getting attacked by a cat he tried to interact with at "3". Toddlers react like that to getting hurt at times. A psycho would attack the cat unprovoked and gravely wound it, and enjoy the whole thing. Think about what you say before you open your mouth or type on a keyboard.

Eh, you're right, I overreacted and I'm sorry. I don't like seeing animals hurt and I would have reacted negatively to the story regardless of what type of creature it was. I just prefer other animals to humans, guess you could call me a misanthrope. Sorry again for lashing out!

There's a difference between just not liking cats and going on crazy rants about how cats are despicable and deserve violence. It's a massive overreaction. Just say you don't like cats and move on. Considering they say not liking dogs makes you mentally ill, I can't imagine they wouldn't get equally defensive if someone were to post a rant about hurting dogs. I agree that someone calling them a serial killer goes too far, but you've gotta admit DH had a far from normal reaction to the mention of cats. My sister got jumped on by a random lab as a little kid, and was terrified of dogs for a good portion of her life and still isn't the biggest fan of them, but she doesn't go around telling dog owners that their beloved pets can get fucked with a tire iron

I'm nervous when around dogs. Weirdly, I'm fine when looking at them from afar, like looking at pictures of them, can play games and watch TV and films that feature them, and have a lot of dog plushies. Just scared to get too close to them in-case they bite me.
