I mean Billy The Kid soul clearly has a cowboy hat on its head, and I just can't imagine that being part of the hood. Perhaps he is pulling a KR Skull in that form, with a kickass brown denim style jacket. The soul that appears to use two eyecons looks like it has a long coat on.

Ghost may have more style than Wizard ever did.

Hopefully he also has an engaging plot, an emotive main character, and actual character development. Which is also more than Wizard ever did.

If rumor does confirmed that Yasuko Kobayashi will head-write Ghost, She can make it as entertaining and best story-wise show.

The reason of why Wizard fail because Tsuyoshi Kida was not big name writer like Yasuko Kobayashi, Toshiki Inoue, Riku Sanjo and even Gen Urobuchi! And his first head-write show, Hibiki got him replaced by well-known Toshiki Inoue

Being a big name writer doesn't instantly equate quality.

Wizard was pretty bad at first but he got better emotion wise granted it was mostly just screaming about Koyomi but still it was emotion

Okay, first of all: Kida was just the assistant writer on Hibiki. Shinji Oishi was the head writer and the whole show was very much the pet project of producer Shigenori Takatera. And they (and Kida) weren't replaced because they were unknown. They were replaced because the show was going over budget, the toy sales were underperforming, and Takatera refused to compromise his vision when Toei tried to get things back under control.

Secondly: Wizard failed because it was a show with almost zero ambition or originality. It had a couple of good ideas and a fantastic lead, but it squandered both on a paint-by-numbers generic post-Den-O Rider series.

Thirdly: Never compare someone unfavorably to Toshiki Inoue. Just... just don't.

To be correct Oishi was off the board early when the title got changed to Kamen Rider. He is still being labeled to be the head writer because the writers are modding his scripts to fit into Hibiki.
Takatera didn't refuse. He was simply being asked to leave the team by the people up there. He did changed his vision. The summer makamou and Kurenai was his decision to promote the drum and sticks one last time.
