Devil Survivor Overclocked
Shitty cops. Welp, time to save some lives! |
So i beat the fifth chapter of Professor Layton vs Ace attorney.
Right of the bat this chapter has a ton of emotional power, seeing Phoenix this angry captures that perfectly. https://d3esbfg30x759i.cloudfront.ne...zSZHM9IypipN2i I love how the first half of this chapter was Phoenix being emo. And the plot thicken when they show what's outside labyrinthia's walls and i look forward to seeing what the remainder of the game has for me. |
I've gotten back into Hearthstone recently, I played it when it first released but stopped for a while until a day or two ago. I haven't ever really played card games before this so I'm not that good, but it's pretty beginner-friendly which is nice.

Beat chapter 6 of PLvsPWAA, this was a really good chapter, the group reuniting and each of them getting a chance to solve puzzles.

You know what I hate? Escort missions. I'm having enough trouble surviving on my own, I don't need another guy/cargo truck/whatever to protect.

Just beat chapter 8 of PLVSPWAA.
I love this chapter, everything about it was great. I love how this chapter was half Layton and half Phoenix, building up to the confrontation in the games title for chapter 9. I'm gonna do that. |
I just started the first Wright prolouge myself.
It's so strange hearing the Phoenix Wright cast with full fledged voice actors. |

Also I haven't played much Layton, but I'm really under the impression that he should've been a detective instead given how more hands on he is than Scotland Yard. |

Well i am well into chapter 9, i'm at the last trial and facing the final "boss" https://d3esbfg30x759i.cloudfront.ne...zSZbK38Hl6Xww7 I'm looking forward to seeing the finale of the game. |
Okay, i just beat Professor Layton vs Ace attorney.
Man, oh man. That was an epic conclusion to the story. I got the plot twist spoiled somewhat months ago, but it was still a surprise. I loved every moment of it. And then there's this image. https://d3esbfg30x759i.cloudfront.ne...zSZoGHIXUcqBhy I want this to sink in, the people at Level 5 created Professor Layton because they were inspired by the Phoenix Wright games. They're huge fans of the AA series basically. Seeing this image must make them proud, to see they're creation shaking hands with the character that inspired the series, they must be so proud that they're series got popular enough to be part of the same universe. |
Well, at least they kept how delightfully punny Phoenix Wright names can be.
It took me a second to realize that Carmine's Accidenti name is literally car accident. I did like the first case, as I don't think Phoenix Wright had a lot of cases that didn't involve some kind of murder or person being killed. |
Man, Tomb Raider is a great game. I don't know why I've passed on it for so long.

YES! YES! I finally beat Puck! It took me all day but i finally did it! |
Playing Pokemon Y got my 4th Gym badge and man... It just totally feels weird with out my "Go to Pokemon" and No Mega evolution... Argh.. I need my Mega Blaziken.
|
Started playing through Fallout 3 GOTY again after having an itch to play it again from watching Many a True Nerd's Kill Everything run.
I've played through this game a dozen times but it's still a blast to go through. For this playthrough, I think I'll go with a chaotic-good character. Bacially, a majority of the quests I'll get the Good ending but I'll do a few things every now and then the bad way if it'll benefit me somehow. Like killing merchants and taking their stuff for example. |
Beat Tomb Raider - fantastic game!
Not in too much of a hurry to do a second run (which I'll need to for an Achievement), but I have plenty of exploring left to do anyways. And I look forward to that. |
I played Project M today.
I stink at this version of Brawl... |
I am SO close to beating Dragon Age Origins but whoops the enemies are suddenly using BEES and fffffffffffff...
Ace Attorney 5 is fun, Mother 1 is pretty neat, and the new Smash Bros demo is pretty cool. |
Spec Ops: The Line.
Yahtzee was right, this game is good. |
Has anyone here bought any of the Gundam Games or Gundam dynasty games for the Vita? I might get that some time in the future.
|
I played the original Megaman.
I've only been able to beat Gutsman and Cutman though. |
Just having some fun messing around in Ratchet and Clank TOD

I played this amazing game, called Freedom Planet. It's known as a Sonic (Genesis era) clone, and started off as a fangame, but has since evolved into so much more. http://i.imgur.com/mSLbR8Ql.jpg With an entirely original story and universe, and some interesting characters, Freedom Planet simultaneously homages the Sonic games while adding some really good touches of its own. For example, you don't get hurt by touching enemies, only when they actually attack you. However this goes both ways, you can't just jump onto an enemy, you have to hit it. http://i.imgur.com/65Bt4QXl.jpg The levels are very cleverly designed, with different playstyles for the three playable characters. The difficulty level can get quite high, however it is never so frustratingly difficult that you'd toss your controller in anger! You'll find it really fun (at least I did) even after dying repeatedly. :lol http://i.imgur.com/E6artE9l.jpg The graphics are snazzy, the platforming is top-notch, and the boss levels really get your adrenaline going! This is some of the best effort I've seen in the platforming genre recently, all the more impressive that it was made by a small indie studio. Definitely recommend giving this game a try, especially if you're nostalgic for old-school platformers. |

I ended buying Azure Striker Gunvolt and I am really happy with it, I'm kind of Mediocre at it I'm getting C's but I'm trying to get better. Also I finally beat Project X Zone, Liberation Maiden, and I beat Mighty Gunvolt as Beck so I can't wait for Mighty No. 9. Also it gives me an advantage with knowing the bosses already from Mighty Gunvolt in Azure Striker Gunvolt. |

https://www.humblebundle.com/store/p...net_storefront While the game is also available on Steam, I recommend the Humble Store's the most because it gives you both a DRM-free copy AND a Steam key to unlock it on Steam. It's better value. And oh, that's awesome! We don't have Azure Striker Gunvolt here, but when it does come I hope to pick it up. |

Awesome it's for the 3DS and if you like Mega Man games it's like that. |
I''m still playing Megaman 1. Finally figured out what to do as the next Robot master.
|
Playstation is going to shut down PSHome next year. There goes the money I spent on that over the years, I guess.
On the brightside PSN is having a Borderlands sale, so I picked up 2 for five bucks. |
Pixel Gun is addicting.
