Miles is becoming part of the main universe. This makes me a very happy spidey fan.

We finished the first season of Agents of Shield today and I seriously don't understand what all of the hate with this show was. It had a great cast of characters with turns I never saw coming. The story was pretty good, but it was obvious this was a first season because there were some missteps taken. The train episode was hands down the best episode of the season though as it was a fun ride. I love the Tarantino style it took with it. Overall, it was a fun show with great moments and the final villain was awesome. I look forward to watching the second season, especially since I have heard it is exceptionally better.

You're thinking of Scream. Shriek is an entirely different character.

All I could say about the comics is: AWESOME!

Frankly, he should be JUST Captain America. Not Falcon Captain America, not All-New Captain America. Just Captain America. Like how Thor is just Thor. Or Ms. Marvel is just Ms. Marvel. Or how Miles Morales is Spider-Man.

That does not make a lick of sense to me. Why call someone who can not be Thor Thor, when they won't call Falcon by the code name Steve Rogers used?

Oh, no, nicknames like that are fine. But his full title should just be Captain America.

The current Thor is Thor. Not She-Thor or Ms. Thor or Thor Girl or Thorette. She is Thor.

It's a matter of labeling. By calling her Thor and not one of those other names, it sends the message that this is the real Thor and not a spin-off or a placeholder.

I meant his costume design. Right now it's a fusion of both Cap and Falcon. Maybe they'll tweak it down slowly till it's just the Cap suit.

it is interesting. I do like, in the cover pic you posted, how the wings almost look like they could curve around the shield. Sort of like expanding it, making it bigger.

But Thor is the name of Thor. It isn't his super hero codename, it is his actual name. You can't do that.

That would be like taking Lois Lane and calling her Zeus. Or naming Wolverine Peter Parker.

I'm talking about the current Thor. Not Odinson.

Even if he didnt it would still male sense. Thor is his name yes. But at the same time its the name of his persona as a god and a superhero. That same persona is bound to his hammer. And whoever is worthy to lift the hammer shall posess the power of Thor. And that includes the name.

Everyone is excited for All-New All Different Marvel and I'm just sitting here waiting for Agent Venom to get another ongoing and Mar-Vell to come back to life.

Please no. Let Mar-Vell stay dead. He doesnt need to come back. Carol is a perfectly fine Captain Marvel and is whats associated with the name now.

I love that A-Force is going to continue on but, man, I hate that Dazzler look with a fiery passion. I get it's supposed to be punk or something but it looks like she's fronting a 4 Non Blondes cover band. (For the record, I hated the Ultimate incarnation of the character, too.)

I'm a classics man, myself, from disco up through the blue unitard with the leather jacket.

I´m not the biggest fan of the look either. It works in context but yeah. But then I am not the biggest Dazzler fan to begin with :lol

Oh, I totally understand that. Dazzler was probably the third or fourth Marvel character I ever read, though, rounding out Spider-Man, Hulk, and Spider-Woman, so she'll always be an important character to me, even if she is somewhere below the D-list for most other people.
