What was wrong with the Best Selection release ?

A lot of general issues kept getting reported with it -- bad plastic quality, it fell apart easily, iffy paint applications in some cases. Just very far below the quality you'd expect from SHF, and this is presumably because of the lower pricepoint

They also took away a few of the accessories the original release had IIRC.

They did, but that alone would be fine -- some people would be pretty happy with a pared-down release of just Ultraman and some additional hands for a lower pricepoint, similar to recent main Riders.

Funnily enough the Zero-One SHs are the best-looking ones in this set.

Also, seems that Horobi is using clear plastic for his joints. That's not good.

Zero-One does look the best though, and that hard candy red on Saber isn't looking too bad either. Build and Zi-O might as well be straight up re-releases haha

Something else that caught my attention the info on saber form I think all the riders final form for this era are base on the Showa era riders. If you look at zero-two he base on kamen rider 2 and now saber xross is based on stronger power up. This info came from toei saber website after the ep that air.

If I don't see Xross in 2-3 years time, I'm making my own! :lolol

I doubt Xross Saber is definitely not happening, especially given that the guy in the So-Do blog said that painting one of these accurately would make him cry, and so they went with stickers, which probably won't happen in SHFs given they can't even be bothered with stickers on the WRBs.

That looks really nice, but not as intricate as the actual suit (although I wish Sodo went with this so you didn't have to sticker every damn milimetre of it).

Honestly I feel like if they make a Xross Saber SHF, they'd be forced to go with a paint scheme like that rather than trying to make it a 1-to-1 accurate version. Like I personally wouldn't mind that, since that particular color scheme take on Xross Saber is still pretty nice.

A lot of Kamen Rider SHFs aren't 1-to-1 accurate(especially when it comes to paint), anyways. They've always taken artistic liberties.

Personally I just think it'll be funny that SHF Xross Saber's Brave Dragon WRB will have details on it, when SHF Brave Dragon itself doesn't :lol

From my experience, SOFVICS lottery figures never look anywhere close to the way they look in pictures.

Doubt that'd be the case. Buster, Kenzan, and Slash's WRBs don't and neither is the Brave Dragon on Dragonic's holster.

If Xross Saber happens, it's gonna be one interesting figure.
