Yeah, it's an ongoing anime adaptation of a romantic comedy manga by the same writer as Toradora (which you need to go watch if you haven't already). It's worth a shot if you're into that whole scene.

man i read the manga of Bambo Blade and its not my thing at the moment in anime i need a group of friend that are girls in a high school type anime dunno why im just intrested in them i seen all of luck star some of pani poni dash and azumanga dioh but i want to know if there others like them and like K-on.

That's Nyaruko, it's filled with rider references, I never got very far in it, but I never really liked it, and I've heard it only goes downhill.

As for the types of anime you're describing, there's a bunch of them, I think there were something like five of them airing just last season. From last season, both Kiniro Mosaic and Love Lab were pretty great. From a few seasons back, GJ-bu is also good, and it's getting a second season soon.

It's an older series but you could give High School Kimengumi a go. I believe it's sort of a quirky type of humor to it, but again Wikipedia didn't have much intel on it.

I didn't like it very much. Now I only watched about three episodes so it might have gotten insanely good but... There were just a few shows that held my attention a lot more that season. (Oreshura and Katora-san for example just to name a few)

I was never really interested in Kotoura-san, and while I did enjoy Oreshura, I liked GJ-bu more, and Oreshura was mainly enjoyable because of all the JoJo references it throwed around.

Ok episode 1 Kiniro mosaic and I have to say I love it it what I was looking for feels like lucky star and k-on and other anime like it I be watching love lab after then GJ club then the one I mention in my third post out of my triple posting

Watched about 4 episodes of Madoka tonight as I hadn't watched any for a while. Just finished episode 9...

I'm really not sure what I think. I'm enjoying it (which sounds like the wrong thing to say) but at the same time I'm just not sure... Hopefully I'll have clearer thoughts when I finish it =]

Oh you will, because in a show like Madoka the ending is paramount.

Finished Madoka today. Still can't form a cohesive thought/paragraph/sentence about it...

I dunno if it moves too quick, or if I'm just a heartless monster, or if it's just too out there for its own good. I just.. Yeah... Either way, it certainly wasn't what I expected and I really did 'enjoy' it. My main qualms are with story, so I will say that I like the animation and designs. Plus the way it switches styles is really neat. It's also, apart from a small selection of scenes, not got a lot of the stereotypical anime tropes, like fan service etc. so that's a plus for me.

I also really want a Mami Figma. Okay I want all of them... But Mami was definitely my favourite! Homura second.

Yea we just need to wait for the third movie now due to the fact that the first 2 are just recap of the anime. Also I am really got back in to the high school girl genre and want more anime for them as well I also want fig as of every one in madoka

The thing with the story, is that imo, it's best enjoyed taking breaks between episodes, giving time for making up theories and analilzing all the symbolism, of course that could just be me.

ok so just finshed watching Kiniro Mosaic and man what a fun show about friend it was sweet but the ending makes you want more it not one of thoes ending where you can make up what happen next due to it being a cute high school girl genre anime it end on a cliff hanger of them starting there second year and i want a second season how popular was this anime cause i want a 2nd season now

I'm gonna play devils advocate and say that ALL the Madoka figmas are great :p

It's a little hard to explain the appeal of FLCL. Either you get it or you don't. Brings back a lot of memories of late nights with friends though. It is critically acclaimed but there aren't anywhere near enough episodes to consider it for greatest series of anything.

Ugh. Never liked FLCL. Thought it was totally overrated.
