They explained the situation and offered those with JP preorders the option to either wait out any potential delays based on how many units they receive, change the preorder to the US release and have that cheaper price honored or get a full refund if you don't want to deal with the wait.

Maybe take a chill pill and talk about your issues with them like a proper adult for once and then maybe we could help?

If you have a problem with them, open a ticket at their support center and describe your issues in a professional manner and they will be adressed. I did so last week and got an answer within a day.

But if all you write to them are of the same tone and regarding the same topic as your posts here then I perfectly understand why they would ignore you.

Second, take another deep breath.

Third, let go of your aggression. AmiAmi may not exactly be the best retailer, but this year has been tough for all of us. You don't know if they are experiencing their own problems. I understand how you feel but the best thing for you to do is to let go.

Fourth, try to re-facilitate open communication with them in a mature manner. Try to be the better person.

Fifth, kindly switch to another retailer in the future.

If aggression does not subside, repeat steps one and two multiple times while doing something that relaxes you, perhaps calm music.

I'm a long-time lurker who's been debating joining for a while, and what finally made me pull the trigger was so badly wanting to be able to tell you to stop acting like a petulant child. We've all had issues getting a hold of companies, especially this past year, and as frustrating as it is you don't need to start spewing stuff like this and then on top of that being a massive jerk to people who were responding to you in an extremely calm and constructive manner. Just because you feel the need to act like an eight year old about it doesn't mean the rest of the people on here need to as well.

DH acts extremely immature regarding anything involving Amiami which leads me to believe their issues aren't anywhere near as extreme as they let on. It reeks of entitlement.

To get back on-topic, hoping that Dark Kiva break is indeed isolated. Looks like the same issue as Kabuto/Decade/OOO where the plastic tolerances can't stand up to how tight the joints/parts are when in-motion.

If that's the case, it just takes careful movement. Which shouldn't be an issue to begin with but it's what it is at this point.

Is Amiami that bad for you guys? Have been buying stuff from them for years and have never an issue with them before.

I know atleast a couple people on here have had bad experiences with them. Me personally though, of the grand total of like 3 times that I've used them, they've been fine.

Dark Kiva having reports of broken arms so surprising. I was sure that they kept the original elbow joint design rather than the extra swivel. Guess I’ll find out whenever I can pick one up.

They are absolutely fine, getting in a pre-order is the problem, and they are not 100% responsible for that, lots of people want this stuff and they sometimes get frighteningly little stock.

It's just that in the heat of the moment, I and others need someone to complain about and the retailer you want to use selling out before you get the page to load is rather infuriating.

Most of the time it is I would say, hope it's the case here.

Their servers can be very frustrating.

I've been very lucky with my Decade, Kabuto, and OOO figures, so I pray Dark Kiva isn't the one to break streak.

I guess being very bad at posing myself at least can avoid breaking any figuarts.

These are both limited releases huh? I think Kenzan also really shot up in popularity by the end of the series. I wonder if he'll be super rare down the line.

It's another "Toy looks better than suit" situation. Which is not surprising, since his concept art also looked really with all the musculature, he looked a bit frail as the show suit.

I'm so excited for this, and a decent price too for you basically getting two swords. I love the wrinkles all around the suit, despite it being the norm now. The two-tone green is not as egregious as I initially saw it, but it's still so weird for me.

We usually only get 2 figures at retail for a season and the rest are put on P-Bandai for Made-To-Order, which I guess makes sense.

The translation on the blog makes it sound like Kenzan's swords can spin around to make the shuriken mode and split apart to dual wield. It also comes with Desat's book

With all these colorful Saber releases, Dark Kiva hype and Tiga QC rage recently I totally forgot that Grand Zi-O's supposed to come out in like a few weeks or something.

I still remember the days of getting a whopping THREE retail SHF's a season. They didn't always do the obvious thing of releasing the main three Riders though, I'll never understand the logic behind releasing Night Rouge and Cross-Z Charge instead of base Cross-Z and Grease

Night Rogue at least made sense in that he was the "big bad" of early Build, Cross Z Charge I'm still iffy on.

In another world, Espada and Jin would've been retail releases.

I think Charge was retail mostly because it became his default suit (see: Build's Oronamin C), the Q2 form/rider, and was a new mold to turn into retail.
