That's how they explained them being in the same world, but they were still two separate characters in Decade. Before they show Diend summoning Black, the Kotoro of Black's world is shown being unable to follow Tsukasa into RX world.

The Kotaro of RX World is searching for Joe the Haze, who ends up fighting alongside the Kotoro of Black's world. Its very clear they're meant to be parallel dimensions.

I'm always baffled as to why anyone can consider Decade a good series.
I understand why anyone can like anything, but considering it legitimately good is where I get confused :p

I never said it was a good series. I never even said it was my favorite series. However it was my FIRST series. And because of that, it will always hold a special place in my heart, and I will defend it based on that. There are series I've seen that I've liked WAY more than it. I defend it for what it means to me personally. That's all.

I think of Decade kind of like a really great roller coaster with a broken track. The end of the ride is painful, but up until then it is a whole lot of fun.

Plus I just really love his suit design. It's easily in my top ten, if not top five Rider suits of all time.

Can we just stop discussing Decade and be glad he'll be in the tournament for Rider of the Year in December? :lol.

Facts-
V3-

• Double Typhoon Kamen Rider V3's first and foremost weapon - the Henshin belt "Double Typhoon". Kazami Shiro transforms into V3 by performing the "Henshin", a series of moves which activates the 2 revolving pistons of the Double Typhoon, and then converts the accumulated wind energy to transform Kazami into Kamen Rider V3. Kamen Rider V3 is powered by the right "Kamen Rider No.1 Typhoon" and the left "Kamen Rider No.2 Typhoon". This allows V3 to utilize both the "Skill" of No.1 and the "Strength" of No.2 Super Antenna The communication device between Kamen Rider V3 and the Double Riders. It can be used to communicate with the Shonen Rider Squad Headquarters and the scouts' individual Pendants.
• V3 Hopper- The V3 Hopper is a surveillance advancement built into V3 by the Double Riders. Residing in a holster on the left side of V3's Henshin Belt, this mini transmission satellite is rocket-propelled vertically into the air to allow V3 an extensive view of the surrounding terrains, or to track fleeing enemies. The images captured by the V3 Hopper are directed to V3's Matrix Eye.
• V3 Centrifugal Kick Spinning in mid-air, it allows the kick to generate massive centrifugal power.
• Special Hardened Muscles- By calling upon the power of Double Typhoon, Special Hardened Muscles form a powerful resistance.
• V3 Screw Kick- A special technique that allows a devastating mid-air spinning kick to be dealt to an enemy's body.
• Special Spring Muscles- The spring muscles can withstand up to 10 times the force put against them.
• V3 Drill Attack-The counter-spinning attack used against opponent.
• Red Lamp Power- Red Lamp Power draws in an outside energy directed at V3, and doubles it in return.
• Energy Converter-Located in a circuit box on the right of V3's Henshin Belt. It allows channeling or conversion of internal or external power sources - such as the Double Rider's pendant.
• O Signal- A device which records and analysis enemies' attacks and weapons. The result: V3 learns from his battles and does not lose to a repeated attack/weapon.
• Cellular Strength Device- It causes the fusing of metal blades which come into contact with V3's body; best utilized through the crossing of hands, in order to block and damage metal weapons.
• Red Bone Power- It concentrates all of V3's energy into the center vertical thorax, or "Red Bone", and then expel all the energy at once.
• Scramble Hopper- Special Attachment to the standard V3 Hopper, which creates a sound vibration which disturbs the physical nature of mutants and legionnaires; also can create a limited personal barrier to protect humans from mutant attacks.
• V3 Return Kick- Kamen Rider V3's signature move. It allows a repeat kick, via springing off the monster, to the exact point of first contact.
• V3 Barrier- 1,000,000 volts of electricity are run throughout the surface as an effective deflector.
• Reverse Double Typhoon- It expels the energy stored in the belt, causing a power concussion to the target.
• Oxygen Cylinders- It stores up to 3 hours of oxygen for marine battles.
• Electro Eye- It can trace the undetectable footprints of kaijin.
• Matrix Eye- The X-rays can penetrate a mutant's body to locate its weak point.
• Gliding Muffler The mufflers on the back assists in guiding V3 while flying, or gliding to earth.
• Propeller Chop Its special muscles allows arms to spin as a propeller, to deliver powerful blows.
• V3 Thunder A 1,000,000 volts electrical charge fired from V3's antennae.
• Freezer Shot It pulls full internal power to focus a sub-zero effect on an opponent or object, shot from the antennae.
• Red Bone Ring It detaches from V3's body to form a rolling weapon.
• Flame Pillar Kick- Nuclear-generated power in transferred into V3's foot to allow a burning and explosive kick.
• Rides the Hurricane Rider Machine
• Weaknesses- After performing the Reverse Double Typhoon, Kazami can only re-transform to V3 after a three-hour period. Unknown how he will be against modern technology.

Black RX-

• BLACK RX is a photosynthetic warrior as well as the evolved form of BLACK, using the sun as his main energy source. His Sunriser has the two pieces of Kotaro's shattered Kingstone.
• His signature weapon is the Revolcane sword, a lightsaber like sword
• He can perform the RX Kick dropkick.
• Rides the Acrobatter- Acrobatter is the revived version of BLACK's old motorcycle, the Battle Hopper. It is now capable of speaking coherent Japanese, and often has conversations with Kotaro. Whenever BLACK RX transforms into any of his two other forms, it does the same.
• Drives the Ridron- a high-speed car created by Kotaro based on the blue prints provided by Proff. Walter of one of the colonies the Crisis Empire set up. Though immobile at first, Kotaro brought Rideron into the cave of the Kujira Mutant where he was brought back to life in Kamen Rider Black. Able to reach speeds up to 1500 km, Rideron can travel over land and sea. It is highly intelligent, similar to Acrobatter. It has two mandibles that can extend from the front to do break-ins or ramming enemies.
• Can switch to Robo Rider or Bio Rider
• Robo Rider is a form where BLACK RX 's armor becomes bulky and more robotic-like, with black and yellow coloring and his Sunriser resembles a gearbox. During his duration as the "Prince of Sadness", both his strength and defense are enhanced. He is also unharmed by explosions or projectile weapons. The only downsides are that he moves slower than BLACK RX as well as possessing semi-robotic movement, slowing his reaction time. His weapon is the Vortech Shooter, an energy firing pistol. The equipment of Robo Rider is the Vortech Shooter- Robo Rider's signature weapon is the Vortech Shooter pistol that shoots a powerful energy blast that can destroy an enemy in one blow. According to material, this gun ranges limitless and never misses the target. The Acrobatter transforms into Roborizer when RX becomes Robo Rider. This form of Acrobatter has two blasters mounted at its rear.
• Bio Rider is a form where BLACK RX's armor becomes much sleeker, blue and silver all over and his Sunriser belt resembles a single Kingstone belt. During his duration as the "Prince of Anger", his speed is enhanced .He can also transform with the speed of up to 1000m into gel for escaping traps or attacking enemies while not getting hurt in the process (gel form is invincible). Bio Rider's signature weapon is the Bio Blade katana. Like the Revolcane, Bio Blade has also a light saber mode that can slash his enemy in one blow. In this form, the Acrobatter transforms into Mach Jabber when RX becomes Bio Rider.
• Weakness- The King Stone in his belt can be shattered.

Agito-

• The Alter Ring is a mysterious belt bestowed upon Shōichi by the Over Lord of Light. It holds the "Seed of Agito" and is the source of his power. As he grows in strength, he would unlock its full powers.
• Basic form is Ground Form, with 5 other forms
• Ground Form is the first of Agito's numerous forms. This form harnesses the power of the earth, turning Tsugami's entire body into a lethal weapon, with bone-crushing blows and crippling locks. Of all the forms, the golden Ground Form is the most balanced, with power, speed and strength working in harmony to make the most of its capabilities.
  At its peak, the crest horns upon his head opens, pushing all of Agito's capabilities to their fullest, emanating beneath his feet, into his legs to execute his Rider Kick, a jump kick of incredible raw power and force; with a force of 30-tons, or with the Machine Tornador, the Rider Brake jumping off the Machine Tornador at full speed, and Dragon Breath, which involves ramming the side of the Machine Tornador into the enemy. Ground Form has also been shown to be able to use a Rider Punch.
• Storm Form is the second form of Agito, triggered when Shōichi activated the left switch on the Alter Ring, 'opening' the "Blue Dragon's Eye." The blue "Storm Form" harnesses the power of wind through the left arm, and imparts the form with supernatural agility and reflexes. The most nimble of forms, Storm Agito maneuvers with such swiftness and cunning that its movements parallel foresight.
  This form also carries a signature Storm Halberd- a folding, twin-bladed pole arm that serves as Agito‘s primary means of attack while in Storm Form. But, however superior in overall speed and agility, the Storm Form is by far the weakest in comparison to the other forms, in terms of power and strength. His final attack is Halberd Spin, whipping up a powerful gale by twirling the open Storm Halberd at rapid speeds, blowing away everything in the general vicinity, and gaining swing-momentum for a finishing strike, and with the Machine Tornador, the Halberd Brake.
• Flame Form is the third of Agito's forms to be revealed, triggered by activating the right switch on the Alter Ring, 'opening' the "Red Dragon's Eye." The searing power of flame flows through the right arm and blesses the red body of the Flame Form with incredible strength. Aside from its apparent superiority in the areas of power and defense, the Flame Form possesses phenomenal heightened senses; his senses have increased to point where an enemy's presence - whether distant, hidden, and/or invisible to the naked eye - can be detected with frightening precision.
  This form also has exclusive access to the Flame Saber, using it in his Saber Slash attack which anything he slices with the blade is reduced to ashes, or the stronger Double Saber Slash with an additional Flame Saber to deliver a double saber-stroke attack. With the Machine Tornador, Flame Form is able to use Saber Brake.
• In the brief instance when he was able to recover his memory, Shōichi revealed the power to invoke a new level of transformation possessing extraordinary properties of Ground, Storm, and Flame forms: the Trinity Form. This form's capabilities, a combination of all three, harness the strongest qualities of Agito's powers and execute the forms' finishing attacks. In this form, Agito can wield both Storm Form's Storm Halberd and Flame Form's Flame Saber.
• Burning Form, known as "the power awakening to infinite possibilities," is born when Shōichi learned to channel his fighting spirit into power. The transition was rough on Shōichi's body, as he was virtually incapacitated during the emergence of this new power. But as they manifest, the nature of the power became clear; and it is one not easily controlled. The Burning Form amplifies and translates Agito's fury into power; thus the greater his rage, the more powerful the Burning Form became, as seen in his Burning Rider Punch attack. His signature weapon, the Shining Caliber, is a dual-bladed weapon capable of two modes: Single Mode, as a dual-blade sword and Twin Mode, as paired blades. Burning Form uses the "Single Mode" exclusively for his "Burning Bomber," cutting down the enemy with lethal blazing strokes.
• Most Powerful Form- Shining Form
• Shining Form, also known as the "evolution of infinite possibilities," was awakened by the light of the sun. It was an evolution unlike anything ever anticipated by the Overlord, born when Shōichi molts after having mastered his power in Burning Form. Although the power of his fists remain unchanged, all other attributes being pushed to their peak, making Shining Form Agito's greatest form. In Shining Form, Agito wields the Shining Caliber in Twin Mode as paired blades for his high-speed "Shining Clash" attack. His final attack is Shining Rider Kick, concentrating the Agito Power before him to accelerate to supersonic speeds as he attacks with his strongest flying kick, piercing his enemy with extreme force. In Movie War 2010, it was shown that Agito Shining can also perform the Shining Rider Punch.
• Weaknesses- Unfortunately, when Shōichi once again loses his memory, the power of the Trinity Form was sealed away. Out of all of Agito's forms, Burning Form is the slowest of them all.

Agito because it's awesome. If I had to solely choose based on suit design I would have gone with RX but I think Agito is the clear winner here even though it's a loose sequel
