Yeah it seems like pretty clear cut foreshadowing to his role as Kamen Rider Thouser.

I'm guessing all that stuff about Aruto being a clone and Horobi being the identity of Thouser is a fake then. Which I thought it was odd that he'd assume a whole new Rider identity rather than simply getting a new form, especially when his current Rider form in this case is literally named after him.

I think Touser only have one form in the show. It seems he doesn't need other forms because he already very powerful in his default form.

If he have other form, maybe will be similar to Gamedeus Cronus.

As the secondary belt user he's bound to get at least one upgrade, especially with WozGingaFinaly being a thing.

I hope for that to happen. Thouser could use just that upgrade.

Nothing. They're like UniRaser, PenguinSkater, or any of the seen-but-not-used Fullbottles. One or two might see a form in a Hyper Battle DVD or the like, but that's it.

Probably only one more, at most. I could even see none. Excluding movie riders, I think two is probably the most we'd get, but I'm not expecting any.

I guess I mean "Q2 belt" instead; the one that debuts around where you'd traditionally expect a secondary rider even if there were multiple riders - or multiple belts! - before.

Meteor, Woz, Zangetsu Shin; that kind of thing. The New Big Deal belt that's supposed to be the big seller focus item belt around the late 10s or early 20s of a series. And in recent times we've seen those get upgrade form items, so I think Thouser will get one too.

I think Izu will eventually be turned into a rider.
