I made a horrible mistake. I watched two animated shows last night and was disappointed in them both. First The Simpsons. They announced someone was going to die so I watched, because why not. At first I thought Krusty from the clues they left on the Facebook. But instead it was his damn Father. Congratulations. You killed a character you used three, maybe four, times in twenty plus years. I'm sorry I sat through it. Then, for some reason I don't understand, I watched the Family Guy/Simpsons crossover. And that was just godaweful. Their universes do not mesh together in any sense of anything. And there were some really cringe worthy moments in this turd. Meg carving Lisa's name into her arm, Stewie kidnapping Bart's enemies (Though I took Apu, did make me chuckle. I like a good pun). The Homer / Peter fight wasn't very good either. I think it's time Fox finally let's Simpsons and Family Guy die. It's been long enough watching them slowly limp around the yard, just take them behind the woodshed with a shotgun and get it over with.

Less than impressed with this new Transformers series.

No Prime, Bee fucking talking again, seemingly no Megatron, an animation style that's pleasant to the eye. Aside from the short guy, I'm fine with it.

Yeah, I think it looks kinda interesting myself, at least they're trying something new here and shaking up the formula a bit.

I really don't see why Bee would need to say that, he's been to earth before and already has a car mode, and even if Safeguard, Fixit, and... Grimlock (?) haven't, you'd think that that'd be common knowledge too the Autobots by now.

The only complaint I have is Optimus pulling a Mufasa.
Other than that I'm loving every minute of it.

They need to drop the title at some point. :p

But overall I like how this show looks so far. The Decepticon designs are very creative and unlike alot of stuff we have seen pop up in the franchise over the last seven or eight years. Also a american made Transformers show without Optimus and Megatron as the main protagonist and antagonist should turn out pretty interesting.

A lot of beastial silhouettes I spied. I like Beastformers.

And then the season finale revelas that Bee simply was insane. :lol

Everything about it screams that they are trying new stuff, and that's amazing.

And I like that. Cause for a franchise that is all about change it manages to always be kinda the same :lol

Same here. Although, Transformers stuff feeling the need to name drop titles is starting to bug me. Prime did that a bunch, and it was cute the first couple of times, but now...it's just getting old, and I wish it was 2D.

And we are still on the Prime S3 finale. :p

Yeah, it's nice to see new ideas developed, it might follow the same format, but it looks so fresh.
Also I gotta love how this and the original RID focused on Cars VS Beasts. :lol

Just found out some bad news about Ben 10...

Not only are the last 30 episodes airing at 6 AM but it looks like once Omniverse ends that's all she wrote for the series.

Just what is Cartoon Network's damage with action shows? Just because your intended audience doesn't watch them as much as other people doesn't allow you to axe a show.

If it does look like Ben 10's sunset is here all we'll have left for action is Steven Universe, Regular Show (to an extent) and of course Adventure Time. What the Hell do little boys want in entertainment these days and why does so much of it have to be so..................random?

To be fair Ben 10 has been on the air for almost ten years.

Yeah, it'll be missed, but it can't be denied that it had a really good run.

Hopefully well see a revival some day, but i think it's time for Ben to step down for a few years.

They're just throwing ideas at the wall and going with whatever sticks.
And that's Adventure Time. If it's not wonky randomness, it's not good enough to air.

That's not surprising. Still some variety would be nice to have.

And the new Transformers series is supposed to air on Cartoon Network now too. Makes me shudder to think of it.

Ok one thing.... They all sound like Young Justice which isn't surprising since those VA has worked on Cartoonnetworks Young Justice and TEen Titan shows.

2nd... Grimlock is Green and is a 'con? I can accept change... But I feel this one was a bit to drastic maybe it's just the green.

Everything else looks good from what I can see.

I actually flinched when Grimlock opened his mouth. That's the very last voice Grimlock should have.

That certainly looks pretty interesting. Bumblebee works great as a leader and I dont mind the new direction they are going with Grimlock that much. If they had given him his usual speech pattern he would annoy the hell out of me as a regular cast member.

I like the changes as a whole (Also, the female, whose name I don't remember despite hearing it 3 minutes ago gives me a Strika vibe, being the large one on the team).

Maybe it's not so bad Ben 10's been cancelled.. Catching up on Omniverse and it just undid preeeeetty much everything we were told in Alien Force and none of it sat right with me or felt necessary in the least...

So I watch the show Mr. Pickles on Adult Swim and it's awful. I'm sick of seeing ads for it on TV and everything about is a good example on how not to do adult animated shows. The show is just being sick and gross just be sick and gross. I love violent gross humor like movies from Troma, but Mr. Pickles is the one of the worst cartoons that I've seen in a long time.
