How come they are keeping Zyuoh TheWorld's identity secret until Episode 17 Preview? There's no June Magazine about his civilian identity.

Look at Kamen Rider Necrom, His identity have been keep secret until he was revealed to be Alain at Late January! Even though most of you guys figure out that Alain is Kamen Rider Necrom!

On this Saturday the day before Zyuohger Episode 16 came out! There's going to be a Preview of Episode 17 which happens to be Zyuoh TheWorld's debut episode.

What is your theory of why they keeping his identity secret? We still don't know his civilian identity!

Episode 17 is a Sela focus, not The World debut. June scans aren't out yet. His identity will be revealed soon.

So I was watching the Hurricanger vs Gaoranger transformation and roll call clip, and it got me wondering.

What's your personal favorite roll call? Transformation can be included or excluded. Your call.

I do have to agree that music is something that can really make or break a roll call for me. Effects are something that don't really matter to me, since a dynamic pose can still be effective regardless of whether or not they get a color coded explosive behind them~

Does the length of the roll call matter? I'm curious, since teams like Gekiranger and Hurricanger have some that are pretty lengthy, while others like Kakuranger have short and sweet ones.
Also, does what they say matter? Some simply call out their name, while others get a mini announcement.

I was primarily curious since I found myself loving Gekiranger's call, which takes an eternity to finish (Shocking, I love Geki's :p), but I then found myself bored by Kyoryuger's.

I really enjoy Dairanger's summary at the end of their roll call, too. It really caps things off in a cool manner.

Hmm. That's a slight tough one. I don't know if I have a clear cut favorite. I do have some though:

Timeranger. The part where they get enveloped in their suit is awesome. And Time Fire just lights himself on fire, can't be more hardcore than that. :lolol

I generally fastforward through them after the first time or two. In the modern shows, at least, they're just elaborate time-wasting stock footage. I do still like Gokaiger's, though, since all the poses really capture each individual character's personality. I also have a soft spot for Dairanger's, particularly the unmorphed version near the end of the series.

Can you really call modern ones stock footage when some older series will spontaneously warp to the side of a cliff after transforming despite having a battle beside a stadium? :p

Liveman's transformation was really more akin to 5 empty cubes, not that many :lol

Yeah, but I couldn't find any images that were actually from Liveman, so I had to go with that one. Close enough.

That's just a rule of tokusatsu in general - every location in and around Tokyo is only a quick leap to the side away.

Amongst the actors within sentai who has had more than one role, which character do you like better and why?
For example, You like Change Pegasus than Dragon Ranger better because him failing to sing at a talent show probably is bearable than having to live life by a candle.

And don't worry. Judging by the pictures of him seen doing the Lets! Zyuoh Dance, he'll probably turn good a lot sooner than Abarekiller~

I felt Go-Busters would be a great show because the darker and edgier tone and I think Yasuko Kobayashi wanted to give a more character development for Hiromu, Ryuji and Yoko had it not been for Naomi Takebe

Naomi Takebe was a producer of Kamen Rider OOO, Go-Busters, Kamen Rider Gaim and Ninninger

She and Yasuko apparently don't like working together because Go-Busters wasn't well-received by many fans.

I think there was a plan of having Original Kamen Rider OOO be either a movie villain or a final villain but i think Naomi nixed those plan for reason unknown.

Ninninger was not everyone's Sentai show and maybe Naomi sabotage the show's potential. She only produced 2 SENTAI SHOW! She produced more Kamen Rider Show like Kamen Rider Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva and Decade

Also, One of producer from Kamen Rider W wanted The Foundation to return for Kamen Rider OOO. He says The Foundation is Modern Day Shocker Organization but one of OOO producer nixed Foundation's Idea.

He wouldn't reveal who was OOO producer that turn his Foundation idea down? I think it was Naomi Takebe.

Basically she wasn't a great producer. She ruined a great idea! :mad:

What's wrong with having 2 shows on your resume? I don't think she sabotaged the series.

If she made that call, give her a fucking Medal. Lion, because it's the closest to gold, I guess...

But if she hasn't nixed Foundation X's appearance for Kamen Rider OOO, Shocker wouldn't keep returning for Super Hero Taisen movie. Think about it! Foundation X would be Toei's answer to Marvel's Hydra! You know, Wizard, Gaim, Drive and even Ghost would have deal with Foundation X.

Would people get tired of Foundation X if they appear more Kamen Rider show than Shocker?

Not one bit. Hated them back in Double, I'd probably still hate them now. Unless they get a massive revamp, I doubt I'd ever really like them.

Double's Producer say their reason of why Foundation X didn't appear in OOO because Naomi and other producers were uninterested of having Foundation X in OOO Storyline.

What was Foundation X's goal again? Achieve the status of "shadowy organization pulling the strings behind everything despite not actually having any goals within the realm of string pulling other than being able to claim responsibility for it?"

Yes. I didn't enjoy Foundation X, and I am happy they're gone.

Basically one part puppet master, one part funding everything the main villains of any given series did.
It could've worked if they actually made an attempt to make them interesting. But having a character ominously walk around with a briefcase does not put you on par with the G-Man.

And I would like to know why vin13ish thinks the producer is at fault for a sub-par show. Is that documented somehow, somewhere? Like how Kamen Rider Hibiki went downhill during the second half and the actors painted a very clear picture on who's to blame? Is that the case here?

Because reading his post I kinda get the feeling he just looks for a single person he can blame for a bad show. Which is bullshit if you don't have any proof.

And why the hell should they be? Unless it's Toei execs forcing the Foundation X thing they have absolutely no obligation to incorporate things from a previous show into theirs.
