Have they ever cared about something like this? ZeroZero-One is taller and lankier than most other Zero-One's simply because they reused the Night / Mad Rogue mold.

I wouldn't hold it against them though, it's ultimately something that’s hard to do, redoing the entire figure from scratch just because of body proportions from the suit actor when you have a mold you could reuse instead doesn't sound financially feasible.

Also, about 001. I believe the arms are reused, but everything from the waist done is new. The crotch is completely different, the knee pads are placed on the thigh joint instead of knee joint.

Not that I mind too much because accurate scale isn’t that important to me, it's just very noticeable.

Ironically, placing the kneepad on the thighs instead of the knee joint makes it more suit-accurate when posing the figure.

Oh, didn't even notice that the suit is half the same as lightning hornet. Would definitely take Lightning Hornet over this one but hopefully that gives more hope to a future release.

Honestly, if I had more money I'd probably go for this -- her scenes in the movie made me like Yaiba a lot more and this was a shining moment for her. I've had to give up on SHFs unfortunately between my own money and just how frankly stressful they are to get in the first place, but I'm definitely glad this one's getting made

I wonder if the Tamashii team decided to put this into production well before anyone had seen the movie. It happens sometimes with the So-Do team, they only have concept art to work off from and only get to see that actual media when it airs/premieres.

In any case, I dug up Vulcan and Ichigata for comparison. Honestly, any dissimilarities in proportions are probably very minor for anyone to really care. So yea, bring on Lone Wolf

Even with Justice Serval getting made, I'd still be super surprised if they made Lightning Hornet since they seem to have given up on making those beginning alternate forms. I'd be really happy if they did tho, means I wouldn't have to make a custom one lol

I think it'll be a NinNinComic situation and we could get Lightning Hornet randomly in like 2-3 years.

I'd hold my breath on Lightning Hornet. It's still her in-series final form and literally 90% of the mold exists because of Serval Tiger. The entire suit - aside from the helmet and forearms, is a repaint.

Serval Tiger has literally less than 2 minutes of screentime in the movie. There is no way in hell they don't bother with Lightning Hornet.

I feel 01 is definitely popular enough, especially with how many releases this SHF line has had. It's still too early to call of course but it seems like one of those popular series that's gonna stick around

Zero-One def seems to be very popular with the way Bandai has been catering to it...haven't seen Bandai go all in on a series since the early and mid 2010s.

I'm pretty confident it has. They wouldn't release V-Cinema stuff if the series wasn’t popular.

I guess popularity does line up with what gets V-Cin releases, huh? I figured it was just a consistent thing now, but...

- The only V-Cin form from Ex-Aid that got released was Genm. Need I say more

- Build released the new final forms of its popular characters (Cross-Z and Grease), but for villains only done the easy recolour Metal Build which could be repurposed as Build Hazard; and did not bother with Killbas and Phantom Build

- So far for Zero-One, we've seen just MBJR and Justice Serval; final forms of characters whose base form SHFs were... let's just say slightly more popular than usual. Too early to tell if the other two will happen but given they're a recolour and the final form of one of 01's most popular characters they seem to fit under this umbrella too

I'm pretty sure we'll get Lone Wolf at some point. Vulcan seems to be a popular secondary rider with how many forms he's gotten so far. Plus seeing as they already showed us Justice Serval, it'd be a very obvious hole if they don't also give us the third of the main trio of V-Cinema riders.

Personally I'd also like to get Zaia as well. Easy black and red repaint of Thouser. Plus I actually really liked the character and his role.

ZAIA uses the Ark suit's gloves, undersuit, and feet. But other than that, yeah's basically a black repaint. If we are getting him, which I kinda doubt now since we're getting Serval Tiger before him, we might see him after they put out Ark-Zero. I think it might be neat to get a collection of all the Ark-Based suits. Azu's Ark suit may be a little out of reach though, but I would LOVE to get that one just to pair up with my HG Girls Azu.

In other cases, since civilian Vice was being talked about in the SO-DO thread, wish we'd get that in SHF form. I somewhat prefer that look of his (apart from being beltless) over his Rex look. Plus, it'd probably make good cash money if he gets popular. Release a normal version, and then a transparent version as a TN Exclusive or something.

ZAIA is an easy buy for me, too. A small detail that sells it for me is that he has Ark-One's gloves/shoes, which makes sense since he's the original Ark, after all. The white "claws" just do it for me.

Dunno, it just completes Thouser's look for me and disassociates the design from Gai, which is nice.

Honestly, I'm holding out for this, too. Imagine he comes with two lower bodies - one for his transparent form and one for his tangible form. I still think it'd be a neat Tamashii Nations exclusive or something.

Plus, black repaints are always very cool. Would also be neat if they include the Thousand Jacker AGAIN and then probably an ability steal effect part (unlikely tho) for both him and Thouser.

I imagine they just pushed Serval Justice first due to the movie just coming out. SHF schedules tend to be weird anyhow, especially in regards to movie forms

Honestly at this point whenever someone says Bandai might not make a rider figure, just point out when NinNinComic came out and say nothing else lol.

I feel like NinninComic is in a weird position because he's advertised as Shinobu, of which NinninComic is technically his base/preferred form (like how GorillaMond is Katsuragi's). And a he also probably came out in a necessity to release all of Build's weapons in the SHF line.

I mean even then the point is it's a new figure released for a series that ended 4 years ago. So basically it's hard to say whether or not certain characters or forms are off the table.

Kachidoki Zangetsu gives me that tiny sliver of hope for stage show SHFs.

I'm liking how he looks, so I wouldn't mind buying an Ultimate Bahamut Saber in the far future where Primitive and Emotional finally got SHFs.

Yes I agree in that we don't know what or how Bandai's decide what to release. We can say what they've heavily or constantly catered to which is Zero-One. I'm still surprised at how they manage to release all of ZI-O's main forms and line in general with just Tsukuyomi and Geiz Majesty left....

I want a Sin Specter SO badly. It will never happen, but I would definitely get that.

I'm hoping we'll get an SS version of Ghost so that we can have an actual fabric parka and not soft rubber that is still hard.

I suppose it helps that there's not many suits to get through with ZI-O? The ZI-O armors and Woz Futureings were sidelined after two releases which leaves ZI-O's upgrade forms, Geiz, and Woz's as well. The latter two having packed into single releases. I'm still crossing my fingers in Tsukuyomi since that suit is genuinely beautiful and Tsukuyomi is probably one of my favorite female riders (In Heisei. Reiwa would be Sabela and Sophia Calibur)

It can happen probably. Maybe once they release Mugen. A small hope inside me wishes for Kanon Specter to get one, too, but she's a bit obscure atm.

Super disappointing they went with this route. I think it would've costed, like only 1000 more yen per figure just to ensure all the hands had moulded on hand guards.

I'd really rather not see Seihou Ghost, honestly? Ask me a year ago and I would have been for it, but recently the Seihou line specifically has been suspect to failure after failure between the Black and Tiga lines; not to mention the OOO elbows that now seem to curse other figures. I'd frankly worry that they'd, like, try some new transparent plastic technique to capture Ghost's undersuit that would end up really fragile and break out of the box half the time.

With mainline SHF I feel way way safer

Honestly, because of the respective suit designs, I can't even tell the difference between SS and mainline SHF anymore.

Aside from obvious flaws like the gimmick items and Saber's grey sword, mainline SHF has seriously gotten good at replicating the on-screen suit, yeah. I think it'll be especially fascinating when we eventually get SHF Shin Kamen Rider and compare him to Seihou #1 to see just how far the mainline's engineering has come
