Yessir, I'm actually thinking something along the line of GM variations. There are several between $10 and $20.

Would give me an excuse to finally build by G-Xiphos. But I think we should lay down a few ground rules, like taking a photo of the contents before you get started and such.

Nearly any GM or Zaku variations would work.

We could do it kidnapper style with that date's newspaper in the same shot :)

Always did like GM's and Zaku's over gundams anyways for customs.Doesn't matter if you make a small mistake then.

In all seriousness, I agree on the need for ground rules.

Proposed rule #1: Go as far as you want with the kit, OOB, paint, modifications and so forth. Whatever you want, goes, as long as the base kit falls under the approved category.

Yes to both. And it's fair for people to bash extra parts in there that they have lying around in scrap bins right? As long as there is a recognizable base kit there.

Sure, that's more than fair. If the build goes forward, than perhaps a new thread under customs would be in order?

I'll put together a thread under customs and we can leave it open to suggestions from everybody.
