I don't see filler as a necessary story telling device. I see it as pointless padding, and I treat it as such. The audience doesn't need a break.
You're not a writer for a company who has mandates and required material inserted in. Tell the story in a logical manner, not just inserting fluff to stretch it out.

...That would have been a freaking awesome storyline for Equestria girls to have a Kamen rider in it. Fanfic writers get on that!

The cutie mark crusaders tryin to become famous, Big Macintosh as the redneck lookin guy, granny smith a lunch lady :lol, Principal Celestia and vice principal luna this was great.

Oh and the guy Twilight falls for, I really hope they play on that next season.

My brother was just about to go into Season 3 of MLP when he asked me is it really as bad as i say it is.

I told him they're were only about 2 good episodes and the other 11 ranged from boring to awful, he simply reacted with a face that screamed. "I'm out."

I hate Decade, but you know I'm able to speak about it in a manner that won't put someone away from it, right?

I consider Magic Duel, One Bad Apple, Just For Sidekicks, Games Ponies Play, Apple Family Reunion, Too Many Pinkie Pies, and Wonderbolts Academy to be better than half of the Season 1 episodes.

You let your disdain for it shine through and decided to ruin someone else's experience with it just because you couldn't say "I'll let you judge things for yourself" because you, for some reason, can't comprehend that, just maybe, he might see something enjoyable in the season that you couldn't see, that maybe he'll have a different opinion.

He did end up watching Equestria girls though. I don't know what he thinks of it but i caught him watching it last night.

That doesn't matter.
Make sure he watches Season 3.
Make sure he gets to form his own opinion on it.
Don't just let him leech off your thoughts and opinion on it just because you didn't like it.

No i use my WiiU because it's faster than on my computer, it only has a 9999 character limit which only adds up to 1890 words on the chapter and with that number it's pretty much unfinished, to finish it i either need to separate it into 2 parts or move to the computer to finish it.
