I wouldn't mind seeing J, #1 and Decade Complete there!

Nobody is gonna be as disappointed as me waiting for the rest of the Agito riders, the rest of the Kabuto riders and Saga in Shinkocchou Seihou form lol

Saga I can still see happening soon-ish as Kiva releases are still seemingly ongoing. |
Saga might actually be the next Kiva release; it's just that and Ixa Rising left unless they also wanna do movie riders and dogabaki

I don't think Agito needs another mold renewal yet at all, but Kabuto...yep, I can see it. It's really funny, when SS Kabuto came out he looked amazing and made the original releases look super-thin.
Now SS Kabuto looks super-thin compared to most current stuff. Granted he was the first and tried some new things out so I'm not surprised. He and his buck brothers all still look very nice on-display. You can just feel the slimness when you mess with them. |
I remember renewal Kabuto coming with the little book explaining how they molded the figure to make it look as if a real suit actor could fit inside. that sure aged well. always thought the new hands/wrists were dumb as fuck though.
honestly kinda wild to think it was released in 2014. if we can get renewal wizard which came out in 2013, I don't think renewal renewal kabuto is out of the question at all. 2014 is when I got into figuarts and I was ecstatic since kabuto kicked off my obsession with the franchise. fun times. |

Wow I never seen this decade this size before. Just when was it shown off? Is there any other photos or just this cool that Bandai almost release this.

A properly scaled Kamen Rider J would be even bigger than that Decade.
|
Fun fact: more time has passed between Renewal Kabuto and now than how much time had passed since original SHF Kabuto and Renewal Kabuto! The two figures had just under 6 years between them (October 2008 - March 2014; though you could say August 2008 since that's when the Kabuto line started with Kick/Punchhopper); and it's now been just over 7 years since March 2014.
I'm gonna throw out a wild guess and say they'll do 3.0 Kabuto in 2024 for the sake of a 10 year anniversary, but given how many... 'advancements' Seihou has made recently I wouldn't be too surprised to see it any day now. Maybe we will even get it at this year's Tamashii Nations for Rider's 50th? |
The Kabuto Seihous are pretty much the only ones that really "need" an update, IMO. The Kuuga ones remain perfect in my eyes!

I understand that I misread it, so that's on me. |
If someone could just make after market replacement hands for the Kabuto riders, it might not be so bad?
Kabuto is the only SS I have so I can't make a comparison to other SS. |

I'm asking out of genuine curiosity, but does anyone get particularly excited about the acrylic logos? To me, they're certainly novel, but I also thought they'd only be worth it if they costed like, five dollars.

Slightly overpriced yeah but I love the lol.
Still boggles my mind that there hasn't been a W one yet. |
For real though, I would probably buy acrylic logos for some of my favorite anime. Kamen Rider, Sentai, and Ultraman logos are so structured that they are rarely very interesting to me visually.
Come to think of it, the only acrylic logos I actually picked up where the ones that weren't title logos. I've got Hiden Intelligence, Smart Brain, and the 50th anniversary ones, as well as some Gundam ones. |
I kinda want the Smart Brain one to put on my desk to let everyone know what I have :p
|
I think they're a neat idea, but yea, not something worth making P-Bandai and/or priced over $5.
|
I have a few and I like them. I think it's good to keep up on them for when they release a logo of a series I really like. So far I have Kuuga, OOO, and Turn A Gundam.
|
After watching The Suicide Squad by James Gunn I think a Peacemaker and Polka-dot Man figuarts would be worth the money.
|
Kabuto renewal would def be appreciated especially with the figure-rise version exposing the flaws even more. The start of the renewal SS line paved the way for how well designed modern kamen rider figuarts are that it's hard to seperate the standard line from the renewal line at times

Looks like we're gonna get a look at SHF Saber Primitive Dragon soon, my dudes.
Kiiiiiinda of an awkward pose they put him in for this blacked out image, making him look a little wonkier than the other Saber SHFs, but I'm sure that the real thing will look better. |

I really hope that they'll include the giant skeleton hand with Primitive, but that's asking for a bit much I think.
|
The few rare times that I'm happy to be wrong! Goddamn, I want it.
Oh no, I might buy up all of Saber's forms at this rate https://i.imgur.com/1IESlSm.jpg |
Yay another Saber form confirmed but what about Blades King Lion...just saying but excited to see how Primitive dragon turns out and if they will have a swappable attachment for Primitive Lion...
I also wonder will the primitive ridebook have a removable book gimmick? |
