I thought the kids were fine. They didn't do anything all that annoying (I mean, worst thing I can remember is they brought a vacuum onto the bridge).

Like, you can probably find child characters actually more annoying than those kids. Hell, I felt brain damage raraiya was the most annoying.

They were doing so well up to this point, there was maybe like 1 butt shot the whole show like 2 episodes ago (that I'm not sure was completley intentional.) Then this happens lol.

IBO is not bad. It is quite good actually, a good story, lots of good characters and fantastic fights. We all freak out about thos, but this could mean nothing in the grand scheme of things. For all we know, the dude married to all these women could die in 5 episodes and leave them all open. Could lead to some interesting subplots about how women are used/damaged in war or the fallout from the person they love dying or something.

Well the protagonist is a cold blooded killer,the setting is in my opinion unnecessarily bleak to begin with*for a Gundam show atleast* and now the show's first female pilots are all glorified concubines.

Wrong. I hate that this is a Harem, but the females aren't objectified. They're still great pilots and they are not treated like sex slaves. The one girl continues to kick Mika’s butt in mech fights.
