W and Kiva seem to be pretty closely matched, really. Fang Joker could closely take on Garulu, same with Luna Trigger and Bashaa. Probably also true for CJX and Emperor.
The only problem I have with this is actually envisioning them fighting. That's generally the thing with Kamen Riders. They're meant to be superheroes, allying with justice, rather than fighting amongst themselves (Ryuki be damned). I just can't imagine W, Kiva or Kuuga fighting any of each other.

It's a shame I haven't watched Kuuga or Kiva. I've only seen them in action in Decade, but I doubt that's the same. I'm going to have to default to W here.

I'm going to go with Kiva on this. Double isn't as strong as the other two and Kuuga can't really let loose with his Ultimate Form without running the risk of going berserk. Kiva on the other hand has proven he can handle his ultimate form and if all else fails can turn into a dragon.

Kiva has to win! He kicks so hard he breaks the sun! THE SUN!

Kuuga, no contest. He is, plain and simple, the most powerful Kamen Rider ever. Even if he wouldn't go into Ultimate Form, Amazing Mighty is still more than powerful enough to take on most other ultimate forms. I love Double, but I just don't think he's strong enough to match up with Kuuga. He'll still probably win this on popularity, but power-wise no one can top Kuuga.

And Wataru's the worst main Rider ever, so he's not even a factor here. He'll get hit once or twice and then go sulk in his bathtub like the little emo twerp he is. :p

I am totally okay with that, even though I voted for V3. Agito is a great Kamen Rider.

Okay, I've only seen 1 person explain why he voted for Double. I don't wanna be a buzz kill, but whoever voted for Double, please explain why or your votes won't be counted

Sorry but at this point I'm so sick of the 'Kuuga is the strongest rider ever' argument that I'm not voting for him. Kiva gets my vote. I mean, the Zanbat Sword has a limiter placed on it because it's so powerful, it makes Wataru so powerful, that he completely loses control. He'd be unbeatable even with the limiter but without it he'd be unstoppable. He has the same advantages Kuuga would with his multiple forms and has the added bonus of DoGaBaki Form to use all of his powers in balance. And Emperor form is pretty much the boss.

That seems a little excessive. I mean I get your point but you shouldn't really be using a poll system if you expect everyone to actually comment on why too.

I know ZeoRangerV. It's just that, I don't want these things to always be one-sided, you know? What I want people to observe in these battles are the powers of the riders, but whenever there's a poll with W in it, he's picked based on his popularity. It wasn't until the other tournament in the first round that people stated why they wouldn't pick him in a battle of power. But looking at the poll right now, I won't do as previously stated and will count the all the votes.
