I decided to pick up SHF Zeronos since he was fairly cheap on Mandarake (why do I keep visiting that site?). His head feels a little on the small side, but it's another solid release. I was happy that I had a bike that matched, more or less, his particular shade of green.

Yeah, picked mine up for ¥1500 as well. Saw a Blade for ¥4000 today, but the bluefin preorder is around the corner. I've been patient this long, what's another two weeks?

It's hard to resist Kamen Rider toys, I know almost nothing of the franchise, bu some of the figures look glorious.

Sounds like a perfect opportunity to get into the franchise. Find a design you like and give the show a shot.

But in all seriousness, like Blastmonkey said, find a cool looking design to you and give that show a shot. Or start out with some newer series like W or OOO. Great series to start with.

So, it's pretty much agreed that W and OOO are the gateway drugs of Kamen Rider, right? Personally, W got me interested, but I believe Fourze was the first series I watched uninterrupted. Fourze was my first SHF, Cyclone Joker was close second.

Well OOO was my first, now that I have the Driver and ALL the DX Medals. But I do have a CycloneJoker SHF because I do love W more than OOO somewhat, but they were my first two series so they are tied :lol

Turn off AdBlock if you go with GoodDrama. They have this banner that will block the subtitles if you have AdBlock on.

Hey there new guy, welcome to the tokunation forums and I hope you like Rider enough to stick with it.

The series I'd recommend to start with is OOO, since it is easy to get into and has the best elements of Heisei era (Rider Shows since 2000) compact into one, joyful ride of 49 episodes.

W is also a good start too.

Thank you very much, I intended to add OOO to my watch-list as I've seen several clips here and there and it interests me so much. I'm just hoping to find a place to watch em at with English subtitles. I know a few members suggested a site a page back or so, I need to check it out when I have the chance.

Why bother with streams? I've never seen the appeal. You have sites like KRDL where you can directly download them at very fast speeds, or torrents where you can get whole bunches at once, plus they are less likely to be removed at a moments notice, they'll be better quality and less likely to leave you with a virus.

Not everybody has a fast internet connection and an unsafe antivirus. :p

And some people simply prefer to stream, amongst them me.

my internet is slow, and krdl downloads take just a few minutes per episode. And dont require me to go on dodgy sites.
