Me too. A surfing Pikachu/Raichu would be so much fun to use. And if they bring back the special surfing animation Pikachu and Raichu had in Pokemon Stadium?

I'm surprised no one mentioned the best part about Surfing Pikachu if the opinion does come back:

A solid defense against Ground Types. There's a reason Water is one of the higher ranked Types.

I used to have a surfing Pikachu on my main team in Platinum, it was an awesome team.
