I'm thinking of having another go at a Rider series, I'm thinking of basing the concept around a sort of Fate/Stay Night, Shaman King sorta idea. Where the Riders get their power from Spirits who make a contract with them. Not particularly original, granted, but as my first series I think aiming for something I could build upon would be better than trying to make Kamen Rider Citizen Kane.

Doesn't Super Sentai have more to manage? What with having 3-5 main characters that all need to be fleshed out and diverse as well as the mecha and how they're integrated into the world and such?

Yeah...but it's better then having to juggle a shit ton of different forms.

Not all riders have to have different forms. All the riders from Ryuki through Kabuto didn't. Oh well, to each his own I guess.

Personally a story with only one hero is pretty tough to manage in my eyes, it's better to have something with at least 3-5 people.

Yeah since I'm using a sort of Shaman King Fate/Stay Night sort of mold for mine, I'm gonna have several Riders all with just one form. Although I may give the hero a new form down the line.

The first episode is plotted now, just need to flesh it out.
