I doubt thats how its gonna look though. His drawings for Kyoryuger were not accurate at all 90 percent of the time. |

Plezuon and Raiden Kyoryuzin were the only ones that kinda looked like what was in the Show. All the other Combos werent even close.
His Gokaiger drawings back then were much more accurate most of the time. |
I don't like how simplistic the stylings have been getting. Like kyoryuger's mecha had to really grow on me and I doubt I'll get the BOJ versions. Gokai-Oh and Gosei Great are examples of how I like my mecha @_@ The train looks so oddly proportioned.

I really wanna know how TokkyuOh looks from a side view. I could see myself liking it if its not too flat.

Not being a huge toy collector but I admire how they are integrating the individual train robos into the roleplay toys instead of the other way around with Kyoryuger. I felt kyroyujin was hurt a lot but those stupid battery ports that stuck out and it being so stupidly massive to accomidate the electronic gimmick.(If you can't tell I hate Kyroyuger) I expect roleplay toys to be intresting and look super odd to accomidate gimmicks but I have a very defined line when it comes to the mecha.

I still think the two best mecha in the whole franchise are Dragon Star Lord and Buster Ace. Dragon Star Lord because he was beautifully streamlined, and didn't have all that boxy, flappy crap that dominated the mechs at the time. And Ace simply because he actually looks like a proper giant robot.
But to be honest with you, I think the earlier the robo the better the design, I actually really like the old boxy designs because at least they weren't just sticking random crap onto the designs wherever they could fit it to simply sell toys. The first decade or so of sentai mechs actually look like robots. |

This is just my opinion, but I guess one of the things I really like about TokkyuOh is that it feels like a robot to me. Even the awkward proportions feel like something humans did their best to accommodate in designing. |
